oh oh oh one day ill remember to put everything in a single post - they are often contracted out to third parties which would mean  - SAME numbers - gotta love it - if i dont remember anything else i think thats it lol

This number keeps calling me!

i also started getting calls from this number and no one speaks. I am also rogers internet cx. but i am so annoyed that i am going to stop rogers service and look for another company.

get rid of rogers and this issue will stop

NOT even rogers customer and i get the calls.
how can the calls be stopped?

I have been getting calls from this number as well, in fact I am with "Rogers" on the phone right now since I tried to call the number back and a message comes on saying "Welcome to Rogers" just like when you call "Rogers" for anything. So they (Rogers) will be investigating since the number seem to be forwarded to Rogers and the company has no such number in their directory.
Well I will keep you posted on the result, they gave me 48hours to resolve it.

If you are a Rogers user you can sign into the MyRogers and they have a place where you can set telemarketing permissions.

If you get calls from 416-645-2105 it's from Rogers in Toronto.

Fix:
Call 1-888-764-3771 and have them enter your number into the internal Do Not Call List. Also they can remove an junk mail snet to you. Also a call to Canadian Do Not Call List wouldn't hurt 1866-580-3625

Got this call tonite, but I'm a telus subscriber and my boyfriend got a call from the same number last week, but he's a Bell subscriber. I'm so confused.

For me it was The Home Shopping Network telling me they moved to channel 117 in my area..... lol

A LITTLE FRUSTRATED!!!!  They call and call and call and NEVER leave a message.  I picked up one time and NO ONE was there (I usually don't answer numbers I don't know).

My bill is paid up (even over paid).

GETTING TIRED OF THESE CALLS!!!  Leave a message....I have voice mail (granted, it's not Rogers vm, but there's voicemail).

It is Rogers Cable.  Pay your bill, not matter if it is cable, telephone or cell.  That is all they want.  You pay your bill.  They will stop calling.  Simple as that.

It is Rogers. If you have ebilling it simply enables them to call you directly sooner as opposed to later.

I called 2 months ago and they removed my #, the calls stopped. They started 3 days ago again. I have cable with these folks.

Solution:

Cancelled Rogers Cable and returned the PVR rental box.

Called call center, escalated it twice through their 'customer retention' queue and informed them that they could add my cancelled cable to the internet I cancelled 6 months ago, the cell I cancelled in the winter and the home phone I wasn't stupid enough to sign up for at that point.

The only way to deal with rogers is to not do business with them. Vote with your wallet.
