It's not just Rogers. This number calls my magic jack (647) area code.

Just received a call from this number and it is from Rogers.  My husband and I just recently bought Cell Phones and they wanted to go thru our plan to make sure we have everything we want.  They also call to offer plans and promotions for Rogers customers.  If your not a Rogers customer in anyway, complain!

This number may be used for collecting, but it's also used for customer satisfaction follow-up.

I got a call from this number.  When I first answered it was just dead air.  I saw it was calling me long distance, so thinking it was telemarketing I left it off the hook so they could pay per minute.  After a few moments a Rogers rep came on the line to see if I needed help with my new Rogers phone.  Since it was a replacement and not a new phone I said everything is already set up, to which he said if I had any questions, to please call Rogers or go to their website.

i have a new rogers number too... i bet rogers sold our number to tele marketers

btw, if you have a android based smart phone (i have the moto mt 701), try to dl an app called "firewall", it was block incoming calls of your choice. its working for me so far.

Same thing happened to me these days. No one speaking after I answered!!!

Don't answer this stupid number they called me so many times... in the morning, afternoon and evening. One day I accidentally pressed the button when I was trying to reach it from my bag, once you answer it Rogers will charge u 0.35 cents.

i have been getting phone calls from this number and went on canada 411 to see what its from. im also with rogers

I keep getting the same caller with no message left daily. It is truly annoying and whoever is doing this please stop.

They keep calling me to sell me stuff, each time from a different number.  At least after complaining they do not call as much.  Gone from every day to once a month.

If you ever want speedy customer service from Rogers and do not want to waste your minutes calling then being transferred and put on hold.  Go to a rogers store and ask to use their customer service line.  Within 2mins you will be speaking to someone that can actually do something about your bill and they will normally give you anything you ask for.  If you not you can always start to raise your voice so people in the store can hear your complaints.

I just called the number and spoke to a rogers person who was intensely rude. They said it is their billing dialer and that it never leaves messages. They also blamed me for the calls and said that if i paid my bills (which I ALWAYS do) I would not get the calls. When she looked she admitted my bill had been paid on time and then told me again there was nothing she could do about the calls.

It is Rogers.  You have three choices:

1.  Ignore it.  
2.  Pick up the phone and put it down...eventually someone will pick up the phone on the other side...and then after saying hello a few times will hang up.
3.  Tell the other side to f*ck off and die before hanging up.

Yes....this is Rogers Wireless.  I've dealt with them.  Even if they want their money, and you own a matter cents....you will get this call!  I made my payment and by accident I shorted it by $1.74, then I received this call a couple times...then an automated message.  I called them back...they will remember me!  $1.74!!!!

Just keep your bills current people...then you won't get this "Dead Air Call".  
Rogers will always bother you untill they get their money!

Y...I got called today for first time and I just got Rogers Cable TV yesterday so there must be some Rogers connection
