EXACTLY RIGHT. They hang up the phone when you answer. They call ALL DAYPARTS.  Annoying

This number has called my house 3 or 4 times today.  And this last time was around 8:25pm this evening and gave me the number 8666136855 to call & to give a personal ID number 682355.  I was tired of them calling me so I called this number and it was some kind of Silver package thing for Best Buy.  I do not have a best buy account either.  The poor woman who picked up the call had no idea what I was talking about & was very apologetic about it.

You guys are a bunch of whiners.  They have been calling be lately also.  I'm late on my payment.  Unfortuatley, food on the table this month is more important that getting their 40 bucks to them.  Of course they are going to call.  I'd call too if someone owed me money.

They suckered me into their stupid magazine deal..

This number calls us too.  When I answer the phone no one will talk to me.  I am tired of the calls too.  Especially when my kids are still sleeping in the morning.

Guys guys....if you have ever worked at a call center you would know most are an automatic dialer one there is little control of the collector on when or how many times a number is called..calls are supposed to stop after you have spoken with the person as for people with cell numbers that are being called early if you area code is out of the time zone in which you live the dialer goes by the area code time zone you will have to call to put a stop to that number.....the no one at the phone wen you answer sometimes has to do with the fact that there is at time lags as a collector i know that we at times get so many lines where there is nothing but silence...and alot of times if you just talk to the collector they have alot they can work with on late fees, pay by phone fees and even programs to lower payments etc...there is no reason to be rude unless they are rude to you first....calls are annoying but i assure you if you pick up and talk...calls will stop for at least a few days unless you make an arrangement...and hey everyone needs to work so lay off the collector be mad at the situation your in that causes these missed payments...and accounts that are only a few days past due are alot of times just calls to let you know and alot of times are willing to waive fees for a payment to get you caught up so people stop going nuts!

I have received numerous calls from this number. It is very annoying when I'm trying to sleep when I work nights. I also receive calls from an "UNKNOWN NUMBER" several times a day. I just ignore them but I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING!!!

Im at work, i can't answer my phone, i have had 6 calls in the last 30 mins from them.

I get the same calls from the number! I do have a home dept account but it is not or has ever been late! I also get calls at 8am every morning until late night. And weekends!
I answer the phone.. Ask why the call is being made and I either get hung up on or am told my account is late, when it is not due for weeks!
After this conversation the calls stop for awhile then start again. With them asking me to increase my card amount!
I will pay this off and NEVER do it again!

I also received a call from this number at 8:30 am on a Sunday.  I wasn't crazy about the time but the caller was very nice.  I've had this number for a year now and still get calls for the old person.  I explained that to the caller and he said he would remove this number from their list and apologized for the call.

Getting a call from here every day or so.  One time there was a message about Citi I believe.

How about this.... Pay your bill and they will stop calling!!!!!!!!

How do you MAKE these calls stop? They come 5-6 times a day with no one there to speak to.

Estoy recibiendo una serie de llamadas del 423-477-6983 Credicard de Citi-Card., en la cual practicamente me estan hostigando e intimidando, pues las llamadas son cada 5 minutos., yo estoy enferma con un Tumor al Cerebro y mi esposo es Disable.  Los he llamado muchas veces y me han contestado de una forma que deja mucho que desear indicandome que solo les de mi numero de mi tarjeta de credito., les agradeceria se sirvan investigar., ya que esta afectando a mi salud, a mi economia y a la paz que necesito tener., pues estoy con Laid off y necesito concentrarme para mandar mi resumen a diferentes cia.  Los he llamado muchas veces, y tengo los reportes de sus llamadas., no es posible que me esten llamando cada 5 munutos a intimarme y extorcionarme., pues al cansancio no voy a acceder a tener una tarjeta., en cualquier momento les puedo mandar el reporte de mi celular para comprobar las llamadas.  Solicito que no me vuelvan a llamar intimidandome y extorcionando.

I keep receiving calls on my cell from this number.  They will not leave a message.  I wish they would stop.  I want them to stop calling my number.

after 9 pm calling is illigal

I called the 1-866-458-7619 number, hit 0# and had a rep on the line quickly.  It took him about 2 minutes to check my phone number, pull up the related account and then mark that phone number off their system.  All calls from them should cease about midnite.
