This is a scam and a way for these people to obtain your bank account information.  DO NOT ENTER ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.  I called and they said I was late on my Home Depot credit card payment which i thought I possibly was because of the way I had set up auto payments through my bank...sometimes the date is off and two payments get applied to one month.  I was then brought through a series of options where eventually I was asked to enter my bank account information in order to pay off the amount due.  After I had entered everything, and hit the pound sign, the message said that my payment could not be processed and to call 866-657-4032 during regular business hours.  When I called that number, I received a message that stated, "No one is available to take your call.  Please try again later."  I realized that I had probably just been scammed because Citibank has people available 24 hours a day to answer calls.  I promptly contacted my bank and transferred all the money I had in my checking to a different account.  I might end up with some overdraft fees but that is better than getting the thousands of dollars that were in my account stolen!  Please be very careful about giving your checking information over the phone....I feel really stupid for having done this.

Pay your bill if the collection company is calling you.  They do call you if you are late, yes we are all late at one time or another.

Stop complaining and pay your bill.  If you cant make an arrangement with them.  If still you cant dont get a credit card you can pay.

I have nooo bills and they are calling me 8 times a day for the last 3 days!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr...... Leave me alone!!!!!!

I  have been g etting  calls  from "city  card"  423-477-6983 every  day    and  at  least  15   times  daily. I  call back  and  tell them  to  remove  my number,  and  they  tell me,   good luck. Now  this is  getting more  than   annoying  and   I  ignore  all  their calls   but  they  keep   calling.  Why  did  we  sign  the   DO NOT  CALL LIST   if  they   ar  not  being   fined   for  invasion of  privacy?

this is Home Depot... and they are idiots. My bill was due on the 24th, according to my bank they recieved payment on the 24th, and now they are trying to collect a "late fee" even though they were paid on time. Worst of all - it is an automated service so you can't answer it and chew out some dumbsh_t for their company ignorances... makes me want to ignore their bill next cycle. Over 30 calls in less than 2 weeks and I don't even owe the morons!

The only thing worse than a computer automated system, is the [***] that use them.

That happen to me too! Someone else had this number before me. Once I told them who I was, the calls stopped.

I have NEVER had a Home Depot account and have had my landline number for 9 years. They called me today 3 times, June 30, 2013 and don't leave a message. Stop the insanity. Why hasn't anything been done to this company if this has been going on for years.

is home depot, pannicking if your even one day lete, i dont understand though that i answer everytime and no one on the line, what is there problem. can one of you that used to work there call someone and tell them to talk when they call. ughhh

Call non stop

I wish it were so easy.  Twice I have attempted to use the automated system to let them know that I am NOT the person they are trying to reach.  Twice it put me in a queue to speak with someone... or so I assume.  I hung up after sitting on hold for 10 minutes.  All this because they're trying to reach a former tenant/neighbor who hasn't lived here for probably 10 years.

These are harassing fraudulent calls. I don't owe Home depot money.

This is a legit Home Depot number. It is used by them for collections. If you receive a call from this number and you do not have a home depot account then call this number back and have them remove your number from their list. I bought a new number from At&T and I kept getting calls from this number but they specifically mentioned that they are calling about Home Depot card so I called back, got an agent and he removed my number. I do not get calls anymore from this number.
