Caller ID said Unknown name. Said they were CVS  Asked for my birthdate. (Never ever give personal info over phone)  I hung up

got call at 7p on April 25 ...They said they were CVS ...and asked for birthdate.  I went to CVS before I looked it up on Google.  CVS said no such tel; for them and they would not make such a call.

It is CVS Mail Order Pharmacy - they are calling if you use their mail order pharmacy because you are close to a refill.  Mail order pharmacy and stores are separate.

I called back to this number and verified it is CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy.  I beilieve it's OK !!

This is a SCAM!  CVS is investigating these calls.  Do not give any information.  HR dept contacted CVS and confirmed that this is a SCAM!  Yes, when you call the number they say it is CVS, but it is a SCAM!  Why would a company based in AZ, call from Tennessee?

I emailed and received this response from CVS Caremark:
"Please accept our apology for any inconvenience. The call that was placed to you was from CVS Caremark."

No it is not OK. CVS does not make calls like this. They told me. Do not give personal information out.

left a message to call 877 495 0477 and then enter an id number... sounds fishy

Why could CVS place robo calls from a computer in India??

CVS Caremark ABSOLUTELY!, will hound you with robocalls if you have a refill prescription due. Most pharmacies identify you with your birthday. It is your drug dealer.

I don't care if it is a legit call from Caremark.  I am NOT giving my DOB to anyone who calls me. I also don't answer calls that do not list a company name.  Caller ID just listed Chattanooga TN as the name, so I didn't answer.  That alone makes this seem phishy to me. If you are CVS/Caremark, list that as the name that calls.

Called caremark, they did not know anything about this number, and if the caremark name does not show on the id box, and the fact they called my house phone instead of my cell, whick I use when dealing with caremark, is a lot fishy

4238222465 left a message on my phone which said, answer yes or no.  To that q ration I erased the message.

I got one of these calls. A computer asked for me by my full name, including my maiden name. The only place that I use my maiden name is on Facebook..  It asked for my birthdate and I hung up.  If this is CVS than I am furious!  I will call their corporate headquarters and get to the bottom of this.  This is really tasteless and unacceptable behavior.  I guess it's coming down to me just not giving anyone my phone number.  I'll have to tell them that I'll call them, don't call me!

Received a computer call saying they were CVS. They knew my full name and then asked my DOB. I hung up on them.

Caller ID showed it to be from TN - Unknown Name.  Robo caller said it was CVS Pharmacy.  In my 60+ years of  moving in and out of state 5 times, we never have dealt with CVS.  When answering, I was asked who I was, birthdate, etc.  If call was legit, why would CVS ask for info?

Caller keeps calling but never leaves a message.

It is a legitimate call.  It is the automated system for CVS/Caremark, and it reminded me that my prescription is due for a refill.  After working in a pharmacy for many years, I quite enjoy this convenience.  Their automated system also makes a follow-up call to let me know when my prescription is ready for pick up, so I don't have to go sit around the pharmacy waiting for it to be filled.

I just received a call from this number. It was automated and said it was Aetna with important info on prescriptions. Wanted my birth date. So how is this legit ?????  CVS vs Aetna    I have never used CVS.
