Anyone bother to call the number back?  I did.  Its a research center calling to conduct a survey, according to the voicemail.  I did not leave them a message either.  Touché.

I get calls from this number on an almost daily basis at all different times. I called the number back and a recording says, "You have reached the research center. We called to conduct an opinion survey. We will try to reach you at another time. Thank you."

I'm not sure what they are researching or why they don't leave a message when they call.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last few nights at almost the exact same time. I haven't answered and they don't leave a message. After reading these posts I am assuming it could be about my recent motor vehicle claim ( I was rear ended) However, just in case it's not I will avoid this number. Thanks for the great info!!

Called where I work.  I did not answer, however, the phone software here said the call was to me&others, meaning they were sending out several calls at once and answer whichever one they get.  This would explain why some people get no reponse when they do answer.  NEVER give out personal info on the phone or through email.  The number of phone scam calls has exploded.

Many calls several times a day. Am permanently blocking this number.

Haven't answered the calls (since I'm at work), but the reports from dodo and Andria below are likely accurate. I've also had some recent car repair work done through insurance, so it'd make sense they'd try to call and ask about it.

I received a call from the above number.  Did not answer, but I know no one with that nuber.

I got my first missed call from this number today and so I googled it since I don't know anyone in Utah... But after reading your comments, I realized that I was put on alert by my insurance company about a possible survey regarding my experience with getting my car repaired.
I use USAA, so they obviously are using this third party company to get feedback.

probably was just that then ... i had some body work finished last week. and these calls started a few days ago!

If they are calling your cell phone (like they are me) you can ask your cell phone company to block the number.

If everyone does it maybe then they will get the point

Get OOMA and you can blacklist any number, I just did ((435) 750-4933)
