- BarbI've gotten several calls from this number but have not answered and they never leave a message. Today I decided to call them back. I got a recording saying they are research company and recently tried contacting me concerning a short survey about a service I recently was provided and they will try again at a latter time. It could be legit, as I have had some home projects and auto services done. I guess eventually they will stop calling if I don't answer.

- Flo Ridawas a survey. i had some repairs done at a ford dealership and they called to see if i was satisfied with the service i received and did everything go ok. i usually get these calls after i go to a ford dealership for major repairs. dealerships get awards if they have good feedback and this is how they go about it.

- Nick| 1 replyI worked for this company. Its interesting to see these comments because many of you are angry or upset. Hopefully I can clear this up. First of all in order for us to stop calling you MUST let the person speaking explain why they are calling and verify that you are the correct person to be speaking to. If you do not allow them to do that then they are REQUIRED to call you back. This mandated by USAA, Service King, or whoever the survey are for, NOT my company. We are simply a third party that conducts the surveys so they are unbiased. So the multiple calls a week are the request of the client not our company. People are always angry at us but we are simply doing what we are told by the client. We call as late as 9PM. If you receive a call later than that then there has been an error somewhere along the line and your number is not associated with your time zone properly. Also, we do not leave messages because we did at some point but people complained because they could not call back. It was a waste of time to leave messages that would make people angry.

- RobertCalled my phone number at 8:18pm and again at 9:50pm last night - obviously does not follow 9pm as stated above. Never leaves a message. If I do not recognize the number, I do not answer - they need to leave a message, then maybe I would answer. I work early in the morning and have small children - not very considerate!
