just got a call from that number did not answer. Called back and they claim to be doing surveys but I work on my own car. The recording just says that they will call back.

This may or may not be a legitimate call. I won't answer it since it comes from Logan, Utah. I do not live in Utah.

I get call from this number at least 3 times a week.  I called it back and heard a recorded message about a survey. I am tired of the calls.  I signed up for the do not call registry and this still happens!!!

They call multiple times each week; never a name, company or message--just annoying ringing cell phone in my pocket!

Received the call about 8:30PM Pacific. No anser or anything so I hungup

Received a call from them every evening this week.  I did not recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail but they did not leave a message.  I called the number and the woman on the recorded message claims to be with a research company.  She also says that they are not selling anything, just asking our opinion about current events.

They call me everyday and i wont pick up!!!!! No message or anything wish they would stop

I received a call from this number and didn't answer. However, they did leave a message and it was my insurance company, USAA, wanting to do a survey. I found this understandable since I had a claim with them a couple weeks ago.
Unsure if this helps any of you but just in case...

Same here, mine was for USAA after a repair. Took them about 10 calls to leave a message though.

I am called by this number several times a day, at all hours of the day. They never leave a message and I never pick up because I don't know anyone from that area. It seems to have started after I brought my car to a repair shop.

hey guys...I think it is the USAA survey....does anyone have USAA and was in an accident or involved with them some how?    They called me and asked questions about my service.  Hope this helps you all!

Since I don't recognize any one by this number, the best way is don't answer the call. Ignore it! If it is important, they will leave a message.

Mine was for USAA auto insurance and a third party survey team asking me about my service for body work on my truck done by my local shop. I know the owner it was a legit sounding survey rating one to ten and so on for customer service Ect. They asked me to confirm my name when i did not say anything she just asked if it was "my name" i said yes. 1 min 29sec. Nothing follows.

This number is a survey company hired by insurance companies.  I had my car repaired under an insurance claim and they called a bunch of times without leaving a message.  When I did anser they were polite and quick.  Nothing personal asked.  

Answering the survey will probably help others get quality repairs from insurance companies, so pick up the phone and stop being afraid.

They gain your trust with knowledge of your insurance company and the location of your repairs, then they ask you to rate your satisfaction with the repairs on a 1-10 scale!!! Gonna steal your identity from how you rated your experience!

The DNC list doesn't apply to survey calls, just telemarketers. If you pick up a call when the person has just hung up one second before, then there's a moment of silence before it goes back to dial tone. That explains the silence.
