I had same text at 1.01am, seems like a scam, any large parcels would be attempted to be delivered and if not a calling card would be left. I work for a mobile company, and to the above comment Network providers cant pre-empt your calls or texts and besides there is no way certain numbers can be tracked as scam numbers!Even if there was its not a networks responsibility to bar such numbers, they purely provide you with a network!

I had the same thing and I am awaiting a parcel. I'll ignore it. It looks like a hoax.

I got this text at 08:56 on 26th October from a mobile number +447919344453 telling me to call an international number about a parcel being delivered tomorrow. I am actually expecting a delivery tomorrow so have rung the company to find out if they would usually send a text like this since the text mentions nothing about any company. If anyone finds out what it is, let us know!

Received the same call at 5.01  Saturday morning.  Decided it must be a scam ...who would deliver on a Sunday!!

I got the same thing, there must be something that we all have in common where these people could have got the number. they text me late last night and i called the number back n they didn't not answer it just went to vodaphone voice mail. PRANK CALL THIS NUMBER LOL 07990647902 Idiots.

well i phones the number that text me but has any one phoned the actual number and found out what is going on?

I got this message at half 5 this morning, am expecting a package but thought it was a bit strange considering the time it was sent, googled the phone number and found this site. So thanks everybody, won't be ringing that number.

Hello, I work for Vodafone and have spoken to a customer who has has this message this morning. Also another advisor here has had this text message.

i got a same text from a UK mobile 07884442625 saying i got a international parcel delivery and says to call this +43820990914. Should i report it police?

The network provider is on the case. For the uk number

get the same text at 8:30 this morning. Is it a scam. Rang both numbers, one went dead after 2 rings and the other went through to a person who said that she had recieved many of these calls. Anyone know if they have managed to get access to money via this?????

this text landed at 12.45pm today, looks like a scam, though on typing the number into google a page came up and some geezer reckons one of the numbers rang him, and its from seirra leone.

Yet again it's rearing it's ugly head.

Which company is going to send txts out on a sunday morning about parcel deliveries!!!
Sender was 07900043389. I thought it was a scam so decided to google.... If it looks like a scam then it probably is a scam!!

So glad I found this site!! My daughter (whose birthday is this week) received the same message today. It came from +447919344499 (uk number) and said a large parcel was awaiting delivery and to call +43820990914 for delivery. She was so excited! It looked a bit suspicious to me so, thanks everyone for posting your comments. So pleased I didn't become a victim of this scam.

no idea how these scammers got my no- not happy that they did

recieved the URGENT DELIVERY message today! just deleted it!

If you call the number that sent the txt message,you will find that it is a UK Vodafone mobile number.
I rang the number but called it via Skype only to get the answer machine so i left a nice message for the owner of that phone !

recieved a mesage from 07919344453 saying how i have a large parcel waiting for delivery and that i should call +4382990914 straight away but i did not recognise the area code any there was no company name included in text, searched the number online and came across this site
