Recieved a call in Denmark earlier today

This number makes me crazy!! They ring up all the time, sometimes five times a day. I never pick up the phone but still it's terrible. Lately, I think they've changed the number. Now, I also get phone calls from the number 00441143072406. What can be done? I live in Switzerland.

These guys are calling to renue some kind of "Free" Maganzine ie Photonics, The Economist etc. The magazine is free because they charge advertising rates by how many "subscriptions" they carry.
They are hugely annoying call all the time if they get a voice mail they never leave a message. What I find to be a real problem is when they are told the person is no longer with the company they try not to accept my word to stop the magazine. However they want me to verify names and addresses and are willing to accept me to renew the subsciption. In Canada we have privicy legislation in effect that does not allow me to release anyone else's information these folks always give me a hard time.

I received a call this morning.  What a joke

They called on my mobile in France....

Thanks for the other reports!  If you have a VOIP based line you should be able to simply block this specific number.  Another reason to use VOIP.  It was identified as originating in Burmuda

Keep getting calls, of which after reading everyones comments, I can see they have struck global.  Just for the record, I'm in Orange County, California =D

Guy with Chinese accent wants me to renew my oracle magazine subscription,which has expired four years before, what is scaring me is , he called me to my one year old mobile number and residing in France !

I didn't picked this call, Because I was in meeting...

5 days ago, i have traveled to UK.

I have thinked that this number was a friend from London, afortunately, i decided search by internet someone information about this number and i have checked that this number is a [***] joke.

Maybe that there is relation with people that travel to UK....
