I wrote them - a quite dirty mail - and here is the Answer:

I would like to apologise if our calling activity has caused you annoyance and any inconvenience and I would like to remove you from our calling lists to prevent future calls being placed.  For me to do this I need to know the telephone number that we have attempted to call you on?"

Though only second time in a week so far, I was called today by this number for unknown reasons. (Started after having come home from Paris and having used my mobile there.) I suppose - if I automatically call back when missing such calls - they can easily make a lot of money.

They called from this # today. Its a scam...

Received these calls once a day, in North Carolina, USA i do not answer because I dont know the number.  I called the number back and get a message about some kind of marketing.

This number calls me 8 times a day.  I have left about 10 message to stop calling me, but they do not.

I am from Slovenia. Received a call from this number today. She was offering me an e-subscription to ICIS chemical journal. I agreed for a free journal. Then at the end she asked me for the month of my birth to confirm my personality?!
I said i will not give her that information and we ended our conversation.

Every time... Every f**king time, I go outside Denmark, these idiots call me...

Have been calling me in Norway every day the last week, last try 10 min ago.

I  am in Kenya and got a call from this number On Friday 29th January 2011  . Used to subscribe the oracle magazine but stop 2 years ago, i tried to call back but an answering machine told me that their client asked them to contact me and asked me to press one if i did not wish to be contacted again.

I also received a call into my celular from this number. I was not available. Later on I made a call and there was a message voice recorder machine. It cost me money because aI was waiting a foreign call

Please stop calling

this number keeps on calling me. Once they left a message, but all I heard was someone tapping on the table and some background noise.

i recieve that call in at 7:33 pm late evening today bt i recieved nobody replid my response ............

They're calling me twice every morning. I'm in the US. I'm not picking up in case it's a phishing scam, but I want it to stop.
