We usually get a few calls a day from them which is vary annoying as we have no debt and it is clearly a mistake we are on there list.  I really wish they would stop but I know they won't.

They've been calling about once a day for a few weeks, but it's an automated message so I would hang up.  Finally, I had someone in my office for a meeting and EVERY TWO MINUTES THEY STARTED CALLING!  I finally held and waited for someone to come on the line and when she did she was quite rude when I told her that, no, I'm not Barbara so-and-so and I have no idea who she is as I've only had this number since December.  The calls stopped for a few days and now they've started up again!  I told some guy not 10 minutes ago the same thing and he still asks, "So, you don't know Barbara's new number?"  AAAAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!  Are these people morons or what?  How the heck would I know Barbara's new number when I don't know who the heck she is?!!!

answered - very hard to hear with poor reception - said "please wait for a representative".   I waited 10 seconds and hung up.  reverse-phone number lookups don't work! talk about shady...

they call my home every day, no message

they call mutiple times a day - finally spoke with someone - they are looking for someone other than myself - the number they are calling is my private phone number - I will see if they call again

I'm just a kid with my first cell, and they started calling randomly. I didn't answer because I didn't know who it was, but they call 1-2 times a day.

I do wish they would take me off their call list. I should not have any collection agency calling me as I am not late on any bills. I have very few bills and am quite irratated by the numerous calls I receive anytime night or day.  They have made a complete nusiance of themselves. They can call till the end of time and I will simply not answer their calls but I would love for them to take me off their call list.  I am not interested in anything they think they have to say to me.  Hopefully this will get the message across to them. Thank you .

They have been calling like 20 times a day without leaving a message. Since I am off today, I called them back. Tried to call them and it said the # could not be reached so I blocked my # and got right to someone. Gave them my BK and lawyers info. Hopefully they stop the darn calls. I put the ball in their court, I pick up the phone and say “Can I have your phone number please?”, I have to say this several time before someone actually responds on their side. I go on saying that I’m busy now, but I would like to discuss this matter when you are busy eat dinner with your family, or I’ll call you at your number at 2am and we can talk all night. Needless to say, they hang up.

they call at least 5 times a day with different phone number but under same name  ( WEST ASSET MGT )like 434-878-9979.  called them several times and told them i'm not the right person and never stop and they hang up on me , they extremely rude

I submit a complaint with FTC Federal Trade Comm. and I think it will work. Please everybody do this. You can do it online, it's easy just go to the web site of FTC

They call several times throughout the day. Never leave a message. I owe no debt. At some point calls that are invalid should come with a fine for harassing. I was on an emergency phone call and the whole time they kept trying to cut in.

I was outside so I could hear the phone but not get to it.  Automated voice during my answering machine greeting and no actual message.

These people keeping calling my number even though I've told them repeatedly that the person they are trying to reacy doesn't live here nor have they ever been associated with my phone number.  I bought the house from them 3.5 years ago.  West Assest Management won't stop harassing me.

I am sick to my stomach of these people calling me. I never answer their calls and I never will. I have no outstanding debt and they have no business calling me. It really stinks that I can not even enjoy a dinner with my family without it being interrupted by these unnecessary calls. I do not owe any outstanding bills I do not want anymore of your offensive calls. Please stop calling me . Take my name and number out of your directory.

I am glad I didn't answer and checking the number it took me here!!! I just not answer if I don't recognize the ID.

They called me wanting me to pay my debt. THe lady asked why i was in the emergency room i told her that is was none of her buisness and she said yes it is! And she kept on on about me paying it and i told her i just had a baby and if they cant understand that they cdan kiss my butt (but i said the other word) LOL! Man was such you know!
