These people need to be put out of business. They keep calling me for someone that I have never heard of! When explained that I don't know the person, They keep calling anyway. We all should call them once a day and ask for someone that they don't Know!! West Management and the number they use is 443-550-7975. If you see this on your caller ID, don't bother or waste your time to answer!!

These guys have been calling me off and on for 8 months. They always leave an automated message. Never stating who they are contacting and why. I have little credit and was never late on bills. I tired calling and noone answered then I tired answering the calls and got the same result.I own no one any money. I checked my credit and the FDIC and nothing turned up. My guess is they have the wrong person. I really don't care at this point because my phone blocks numbers if they aren't on my contact list. Then it goes to my visual voice mail and I see who called and listen or deleted the message. Hopefully they will realize they have the wrong person and stop calling me.

This company keeps calling for a person named David Funk. I told them i dont know him and wish they would stop calling. then they had the nerve to ask me if i know where this person is. right after i told her i dont know this person. I guess like always they dont listen to what is being said.

I get that these guys are a bill collector, but why won't they take my number off of their lists when I tell them they have the wrong number? Do they employ idiots or what?

Tell them the person they are asking for died.  Seems to work.

Someone called me from this number and left a message which consisted of a farting noise.
Even if I owed them money, I wouldn't pay a dime after that.

Caling and hanging up several times a day .I am on a switchboard and they or not calling for me.

Callers last name was Sampson.   Would not give address.  Gave phone number of 877-411-7197.  Called that number and asked for an address.  They insisted on getting my account number or SSN.  I refused, they said "Do you just want one of our hundred addresses then?"  I said yes.  He said that's not going to happen and hung up.  I called back and received an address of:

Send them a cease and desist calling letter and they cannot (legally) call you anymore.

Calls for someone and giving three options for contact.  ? how they got my number, I've had it for 3 years!  Irritating.

I do not know who this is and I am not allowed to have personal calls at work they keep calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They leave messages on my work phone people actually get out of their seat to answer my phone and then hear the recording that is left they actually hear what they think is my business I do not owe these people anything they are going to cause me to lose my job!

I've been getting calls from them for over 2 years now for $45.00 (that I do not owe). If they took the money it cost to have someone call all this time, they would have bend paid, at least 3 or 4 times over. They are jerks.

They are a 3rd party bill collector. Send them a letter and tell them that your debt is not with them and that you will deal with the original company with whom the debt is owed.

Also ask for a detailed medical bill with a detailed pharnaceutical bill as well. They must provide this upon request and you can dispute the bill on this alone.

Yes I just received a call from them but I never answer numbers to my phone that I am not familiar with because most likely are solicitors or collection agents.  First I have debts but I will never deal with a collection agency ever so help me God.  They put you on a pymt plan to reduce the debt but what you pay never gets put towards your debt.  What you pay them over month to month ends up going into their pockets and never to the debt you owe.  You end up paying and paying more debt than you owe with these parasitic organizations.  DON'T Acknowledge them don't answer your phone when someone asks casually "Jimmy?"  If you answer what ever your name is they will never stop harassing you.  [***] them all.

West Asset Management = Wellington Asset Management, We change our names frequently or use a conglomerate of names because we have received millions of complaints against us so it is easy for us to deceive you.  We are a collection agency, just like a "The Boiler Room" office setting.  Most of our agents are ex-cons in which we teach them to intimidate you into paying us our fee for buying your debt.  When we get you we own your pathetic miserable lives.  We promise to keep you in debt and it is all legal once you sign or agree to accept our terms.  Your rights mean nothing to us.  We will suck you dry and never report your debt as being paid with "administrative fees, late payment fees, payment convenience fees, aquisition fees etc".  You never stand a chance with us.  Ha ha ha ha ha!
