I got the same email from him. He is an scam artist! Luckily, I searched the internet and found this thread. People falls for pay in advance and 2 years term offer, sound too good ?

Same bull message, lets show con artists we are one step ahead of them.

We got it too, for a property in Rhode Island on Craigslist.

This/these guys are scammers pure and simple.  Don't respond to them!

Got it through my landlord in San Antonio.  Thanks for posting it is a scam.

My SIL got the same e-mail regarding a posting she had on Craigslist for a rental home in VA. She was seriously considering it, and wondered what I thought. I immediately "googled" it and found it to be a scam (which is what I originally thought). I called her and warned her.
