This guy has been trying to get me to "tutor" his kid, and supposedly wants to send me money. Apparently, he has been using the same name (Martin Win Ship) to solicit rental properties, etc. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. Eventually he asked me for my phone number (where he called me from another number: 1-239-300-6975), and my address.

Here is the original email he sent me:
