These people are nothing but a joke with a big head.  Let me tell you what yo ucan do to stop them dead in their tracks with no money in their pockets. If you have had you car loan more than 3 yrs, you can file a bankrupcty.  I know that sounds bad, nut here is the deal.  A chapter 7, releases you of all debts and you can do a redemption on your car loan for a much lower payment than what you pay now.  In a chapter 13, you only pay what the car is worth, not what you owe on it.  So that could cut your payment more than half.  The payment is made to the Bankruptcy court and depending on you income, the BR case is for 3 or 5 yrs.  After that time, the car is paid in full and no one can harrass you during that time or try to get your car.  So, if you owe $16,000.00 on your car but it is only worth $9,000.00, then nine is all you pay during the 3 - 5 yr period....

I just received a call on my home phone but didnt answer because I didnt recognize the number...Right after they called the house, I received a call on my cell phone from the same number looking for someone who doesnt live here, but she also mentioned my husband by name..She ended the call when I told her I knew of no such person.

The Windsor Group has called our home. The person calling his name is William and he left the ext. #409. He asked for Ann Davis Guillermero. There is no one here by that name. Thanks for all the information everyone, will use discretion when speaking with these people. Will also document all calls and conversations.

Jennifer from this company called regarding a capital one auto loan debt. I have not heard from capital one in months regarding this debt.

Just got a call from these people regarding someone I never heard of. I was eating, so I just said I didn't know them and hung up. Got wondering, though, and called them back. They were very reluctant to tell me anything. When I asked what made them think I knew this person, this Wells guy said that I showed up on a list of relatives. Only thing is, I have no relatives with the last name they were looking for. Weirdness!!

They lie a lot to get what they want. They told me the finance company said I had bot paid in 6 months. When I provided the cleared checks, they claimed ignorance. They pretended to be private investigators.

I have received several calls from Windsor from Ms. Mars. She called my employment and left detailed information about my personal business. Thank God I own the place.  Ms Mars is very unprofessional and rude! I refuse to talk to them and faxed them a letter to stop calling me. I have pursued a lawyer and refuse to deal with anybody from this company. I asked to speak with the manager and she was even rude. She said I was uneducated. I hold the highest degree there is and she must be the uneducated one working for a repo company. They all will have new jobs when I finish with them. ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. Just look at the one that commented on here. That employee even used curse words in his comment.  It's really a shame. If I did know where the property they were looking for is I wouldn't tell them a damn thing.

This is the second call I've gotten from these people and they're asking for someones name that I don't even know they have the wrong address also! They are calling about the address of someone who is down the street from a piece of rental property that I own (that is up for sale with a realtor) that I've never lived in and nobody has lived there for almost 2yrs. Now, I'd love to know how they got my phone# in connection with this other property. I've called the assessors office and the sheriffs and still can't figure out how they've managed to get my #. They've even gone so far as to say this was related to a FELONY! They're going to get an ear full the next time they call!!

I got a message to day from them want me to recall the about organ donaton she said her name was meagan and after reading this i will not call them back and block their number. P.s. i am not even an organdonor because of a diease i have so i do not know whythey would call me unless, they were yey a scam.  I hate when they do this!

Received several calls from this person telling me to "be a man and call him back"   LMAO  I am past due on my car so I'm assuming that's what it's about but I really have no way of knowing because they don't give any info about why they are calling.

They are just a loan companies last effort to locate me because i'm "off the grid" and not able to be found.  I keep calling them back after hours leaving the same kind of messages as they leave me just to make their hair stand up!  LOL

They have nothing to do with the police or detectives,  they say they are "investigators" with "case numbers" to trick you into calling them back.   Don't waste your time unless your looking for some entertainment.   Oh,  and they were hired by Ally Financial if that helps you at all.

They are just trying to get your attention to call them back.   They could say you won a million bucks,  of they found your dog,  or your relative is missing.   Organ donor had nothing to do with their call.

I Received several phones calls from this number but never answered until one day.Thats when i was questioned by an rep named FRAN (her name should have been FRED)she was rude and aggressive as if she was an officer or more.She was carrying on told her to contact my lawyer and this thing had the nerve to call back.   ext.1152 8772957376 is an number she was leaving to contact it

That's their website. I've left about 30 ignorant harassing emails and voicemails. I'm laughing at them for sure.

WindsoeR Equity Group has been harassing me by phone and by mail telling me I owe them I don't know anything about them or owing them anything also they had the nerve to tell me there going to put this on my credit wow just don't know what to do

I got a voicemail to call Ms Grady at 1 877 295 7376 (not the 469 484 5750 that came up on the caller ID)  The message said she was a "case worker" and she gave me a 7 digit "case number" to refer to when I called her back.  The message assured me that this was not in regard to debt collection or any think of that sort.  I called the number back that night and the recording stated I had reached The Windsor Group. The following day, I received another phone message from Ms. Grady, this time sounding less patient than the previous message.  I called back and spoke to her.  She mentioned a few names to me, none of which were in the least familiar.  I assured her that I didn't know any of the referenced individuals.  She thanked me and we hung up.  I don't expect to hear further.

Received several phone calls from a ms Davis looking for my sister or a way to contact her. Then proceeded to ask if I could give her names of people who could get her in contact with her. Very persistent and said she had a list of people to call. I suggested that she continue with the list. She wasn't very nice as the conversation went on.

The original number she gave me 877-295-7379 says no longer a working number and isn't the same one that showed up on caller ID of 469-484-5750.  She just said hello when I called didn't even say who she was.
