Same thing here. I noticed that they are trying to reach people who's credit cards / tax information and bills are coming to my address. Some shady neighbor came over asking if any cards came for his mom's (one of the names on the card) and I was like no. They are apparentely stealing consumers Indentity. What black person you know who's last name ends with "ski" LOL

The call is from green tree. I don't know who or what they want. No one answers when I call.

they do that to us as well!  They call several times a day!  They will call the house first and if we dont answer,  they hang up when the answering machine comes on.  Then you can count to 3 and the cell phone rings and it is them again....  This went on for weeks and just to get a payment.  We were not even 30 days late.  We had some personal issues go on and they were very very rude!!!  They call here looking for the ex wife when she has not even been here for 12 years.  My husband and I are paying the house payment for the house that we live in and everytime I tell them that the ex wife is not here anymore then they keep asking for her when my hisband is not around to talk to them.  I can talk to them but they are just rude to me.....  Its frusturating.  Then they have the nerve to tell me that they are going to reposess the house if we dont make our payment.  I am like whatever!  Our payment is not even 30 days late!!!  They are simply RUDE!!!

They are [***]. Tell them you are going to f them up and they will leave you alone.

Recently got one of these calls at work...not recognizing the number I use a ploy to speak fast and catch them off guard and when I immediately went silent and the gal is going "hello hello", I could hear the tyical call center in the background. I'm on a non-published DoD phone so they are not working lists as claimed but instead calling any and every number sytematically and therefore you'll have not chance of evading them unless you have call blocking capability.

This company is an outrageous band of collectors . Greentree is a predator financial company specializing in among others mobile homes financial services. They routinely use harassment tactics thought to be illegal in most states. It's not uncommon for them to put there agents in full harassment mode for loans less than a week late. I should know, I unfortunately financed a modular home through them and have been amazed at how fast the collection calls start (3 days late).

Recieve calls from this number several times a month - VERY irritating!

Got into a financial crisis when my wife got cancer. She was unable to work and we fell behind in bills. Greentree is a heartless company, even when you lay out the issue to them and ask for leniency until you can right the ship financially so to speak. We were 3 months behind and tried several times to make at least half payment owed but they would have nothing but the entire amount. They were relentless and threatening eviction of our family several calls a day (even my sick wife) and showed no compassion to our suffering, and my poor wife worried and stressed thru her illness . We received life insurance and payed our home off, ending the nightmare they put my family thru. Stay away from them...

I have my mortgage with these idiots and they are RUTHLESS.  I have MANY complaints into several offices about them.  ALSO....LISTEN PEOPLE....they used MY checking account to pay someone else's mortgage by accident.  I am not kidding.  It took about 20 phone calls to clear this up.  I know it sounds hard to believe..but they did.  That other person's mortgage is $2500! So my checking account was severly overdrawn and the snowball really rolled.  They are HORRIBLE to work with . They did correct their error after about 7 days.   I am trying desparately to get my mortgage with another reputable bank...like my credit union.  Oh and to top it off...I have Bank of America first!  UGGGGGGG

This number keeps calling my cell phone and my husband's cell phone. I need for this to stop NOW!

I get calls from this # constantly!!! I do have a mobile home financed through them, but its paid up to date. so they have no reason to be calling me! I deal with one woman there, that's it, the others can take a leap somewhere. I don't have much longer to have my mobile home paid off. thank God, then they better leave me alone!!!!

Ya full harrassment mode is sending a car load of green tree secret agents over to a relatives house for your cell phone number .

the dumbass called me too.  This is a fake.  The [***] had no idea about anything except the location of the property which anyone can find.  She could not tell me what check amounts I had sent, would not verify that I was actually very well caught up and over-paid the account, only kept repeating she could take a check over the phone!  Well really!!!!  What kind of idiot does she take me for.  I called consumer protection agency and there is a class action suit against this bunch of idiots.

This company harasses me day and night, for less than $65. After my $65 was paid, they continue to call because they said it take 30 days to remove the call back number from the system. This company does not respect the time zone; we have small children at home, and for them to continue to call because of their system is not my fault. Please do something to make them stop; my last resort is to change my phone number.

By the way they never read the previous note in your file, the fool’s just call and them when you tell them to read the notes they apologize, if they had read the notes they would have known there was no reason to call. This company is a joke, and there are a lot of incompetent people, including upper management working there!!

By the way there was NEVER a late payment; it was they had mis-distributed the funds. If you are like me and like to pay more than 1 month mortgage. I advise you not to do it, because it will totally confuse them. I am in the process of getting my loan re-modified through another capable leaner.
