I don't even have a mortgage they left a message but did not indicate to whom it was for. They have been calling me since last week up to four times a day.

I got a call from 480-383-2290.  I did not answer.  no message was left.  looks like spam call.

Who is calling me and why?  Why wait until today to call me?

Received my new cellphone number this month.  Get a calls from them daily.   Found out that they are Greentree Financial Services.  They will call your cellphone from a Montana number (406) 523-9639 and an Arizona number (480) 383-2290.

Their operators will even text you from their private cell phones with "Can I call you later?" with a disguised facade cellphone number.

They will do everything they can to make life uncomfortable for you.  So, don't mind introducing them to a dial tone!

Calls don't leave messages.

They are now Ditech Financial Services, and they have bigger jerks working for them than Green Tree ever had.

It's Green Tree mortgage, now known as DiTech mortgage. They just had a huge lawsuit against Green Tree I'm sure the reason for name change. They never leave a message. I'm completely up to date on my payments, they have no reason to call me. Yet, this number calls numerous times. They are known for harassment!!

These ppl look up relatives of ppl who have accounts bwith them. And proceed to harassment of ppl who don't even have an account with them!!

I am getting calls from this number at least 20 times per day.  Please unplug their phones!

I received a phone call from this # and a recorder left a message to call back a different #....  I called this one and got a recorder that prompted me to tell my last four SSN#.... I waited and did not, then it asked for my full SSN#.... i hung up.  The message said it was Ditech, so i googled it and it said it was a mortgage company to whom i do not have a mortgage with???

It is Greentree/Conseco Finance

Calling after negotiating short sale with third party. No problem reporting them for harassment or unethical practices.

I've been getting calls from this number also, and since I don't recognize it I don't answer.  No voicemail is left.  Since people have been saying that the number belongs to Greentree I will say that they used my mortgage company until they switched names from Greentree to Ditech.  I don't understand why they would be calling me - I always pay my mortgage on time if not early, and they don't leave a message which means they are not officially who they say they are.  A scam maybe?  I'm not answering!!

To stop their calls: Tell them by registered mail, you will only communicate with them by mail, FIRMLY tell them they DO NOT have your permission to call you ANYWHERE. At every point of contact you have with them, remind them of this fact. Legally, they cannot contact you by phone once you have (and can prove) you have told them not to call you.
I know first hand as this is exactly what I've done. They are a bill collector, treat them as such. Downside is the time delay as everything you get frI'm them from that point forward should ONLY be by mail. Believe me, you will sleep better. Good luck!

This is the first time I got a call from this number on my cell (4803832290) to make  a payment on line, I have never deal with this company. wanted my social number. Why am I getting this call. It said my number was use to call. Whoever you are stop using other people number for your own gain. This is  a UGH!!, people watch out for scams too.
