It's Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008 and this number rang me 4 times. I never seen this number before. What can I do to stop these type of call.

I used to work at WF and they do have exorbitant fees in my opinion. I was let go for not doing enough "up" selling. I figured that anyone that was calling me was already upset about their account and was not going to be interested in obtaining any more WF products.  I do not have an account with them. This number showed up on a line that is strictly for my fax machine.

This number called me 5 times in a matter of 6 hours. I never answer.
That, and I get a bunch of other calls from numbers such as 515 221 6303.
I deleted the other ones. They never leave messages so I blocked the number.. all 4 of them.

This # has called 10 times, nobody is there when I answer.  They called sunday morning at 8:00 am.

They call from this number all the time, at first, I listen to the recording and they ask for someone who does not live here.  The recording asks if the person is available and I dial the prompted number for no. Then the recording comes back on and informs me that they are going to keep calling me until this person comes to the phone.  

In 30 years, I have never been late on a payment.  Never had an account with Wells Fargo.  They don't even give me the option to say put me on your do not call list.  This isn't fair.   I've had my phone number 20 years it's almost like my name.  But I have to change it to make them go away.

From this number they just call when I answer they hang up.I did the internet search to find out it was Wells Fargo.  If I owed them money I would be grateful for the heads up but I have never ever had an account with them.

I kinda feel bad for the guy who isn't getting the heads up that he is late on his account.  Maybe a call like this would save him late fees.

They have billions of government money to harass people that do not have accounts with them or in debt!!!!!!!!!!!!!

503-403-2665 is an automated caller from Wells Fargo. It will harass the
crap out of you, multiple times a day, several times a week. WHY are they
calling you? You didn't make a payment, or the payment never made it to WF
so they have sicced their dogs on you. They want the payment RIGHT NOW.

ALL Credit cards are a scam. DON'T be a sap and give ANY Credit Card company
your home or work numbers. If you have to give them anything, give them a
prepay cell phone number but NEVER anything else.

If you are out of work, or laid off and have to make a choice between making
a credit card payment or putting food on your table, go with your gut. Soon,
many thousands of people are going to have to make the same decisions. Credit card companies create money out of thin air as a computer entry, There is NOTHING else to it. They aren't "out anything". They make their money off overlimits, late payments and badgering the wage slaves to their automated
callers. Get smart and THINK for yourself!

Just Call them back and tell them that you don't have an account.  Worked for me.

I didn't have an account with them, but the person who had the number before me does.

I've been getting calls from them for over a week and they call 2-3 times a day.

Had the same thing happen to me. Called my banker, they didn't recognize the #. Was referred to one of their credit dept.s (wells fargo)- come to fine out we were late on a cancelled card. The end result is that this # might not be actually wells fargo, but perhaps a service they use to get in contact with their customers.

they will call and won't stop! good thing cell phones have the silence feature!

It's a SCAM.  Not a Wells Fargo number.

i was getting calls from a similar number. mine was 503-403-2686... i called Wells Fargo at (800) 988-8019 then pressed 0, i was connected with someone who removed my number. it took less than 5 mins. hope this helps.

Wells Fargo is the same felon as any other financial felons. YOU MUST GO!

Nobody is there when I answer.  They called sunday morning at 8:00 am. and call 3-4 times daily.They start on the dot at 8AM. I thought collections per fair credit act can only call M-Fr 8AM to 9PM? Has the LAW changed??

I have received countless calls from this number over the past 2 weeks and have in turn called it and asked to be removed from their calling list.  They could not find my company or our number in their directory and have subsequently continued to call multiple times daily.  This is frustrating...
