called at 9:14 this morning. this number has called me before and others from new mexico as well. I've also received some from vermont.. when I answer they don't say anything.

I got the call at about 8:15 eastern time and I recognized the area code as a number from New Mexico which would mean they were calling me at 5:15 their time? They left no message and have not called back since but it was very strange.

Go the call on my cell phone at 11:00.  Similar report as above.  As first I thought it was a robo call responding to what it assumed my answers would be.  When I asked to be removed he hung up.

They called me back in April. They were told not to call back. I was told I would be removed from their calling list. Then today they called not only my phone BUT my husband phone twice while he was at work. He was worried that our son who is in the service was trying to reach us. He could not answer because he was at work. They will try to get you to let them mail you movies to preview then if you like them buy them at "low" price, "below cost".

It shows up on my YouMail.com as Kids First when they called today but showed unknown on my cell phone. When they called back in May the guy said he was with Children's Network.

Apparently, these people have bought numbers from our cell phone provider Alltel. On all of our phones we've recieved calls from: 5052471942. We don't answer numbers we do not know, and after researching it comes to be "Kids First" & a SCAM. Our entire family is very upset & disgusted by these calls at all hours of the day central time. I don't think it's right that these cell phone providers are selling our numbers to these evil people. It's sick & wrong, and I'm sure many people like my family & I were under the assumption that we were safe and our numbers would not be given out. How sadly mistaken were we. Anyways, just wanted to post so people would know this is a scam for kids first and they will charge you quite a bit if you do answer the call.

I'm from Nebraska and got a call from this number at 11:00 am on 7/16/2008.

Called at 10:48pm my time.  A bit late for a telemarketer or solicitation call. And especially irritating since i just got the baby down. I didnt answer

Who / How, can we get the number stopped calling us? Called on our cell phones.

Called last night at 6:53 pm est. Not late or anything. I was at work and missed the call (thankfully). Your cell phone company probably won't let you block certain numbers so the only thing you can do is enter the number as "do not answer," "kids first" or something like that so you don't answer it. That's what I do.

i got a strange call, and when i tried to call back i recieved the bust tone.

Called me around 7:00PM. Wasn't sure why so called back, but found it was busy.

I know im going to be the least popular person here, but I work for kids first.  Actually, I work for a company called Feature Films for Families, which is where kids first gets the movies that they are offering for free.  Before I started to work for them, they called me and made their pitch and I took it.  A little over two weeks later, they called back and offered me the chance to buy two dvds at 12.95, when I told them no, they hung up right away and I haven't heard from them again.
Now that I'm working for them, I know that Jesse is a robot, so that's why when people ask to have their numbers removed, it doesn't sound like he's going to do it, he doesn't have any response programed that fits that request.
I don't know how we got the numbers.  All they tell their employees is that its a random dialing.  My supervisors have all totally accepted it as gospel truth, but I don't buy it any more than anyone else, I just don't know who to ask to get the truth.  There probably isn't anyone who would admit to it anyways.

Just got the call from them. Didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. Tried to call back but got a busy signal.

missed call from 505-247-1942 and a voice mail that said "This is a Telemarketer call from Kids First you may return this call at 801-281-0863. The 505 number was busy and the 801 mailbox was full called at 8:50 AM Eastern

This number called me at 1:15 p.m. I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer, and they did not leave a voicemail.

Called my cell today . Thought the # was odd and looked it up and found this. page. Nice ..hope someone catches him.
