It is indeed the # for Telefund, grassroots fundraisers.  If you call the number and leave your phone number, they promise to remove you from their list within 24 hours.

call the number back and it will tell you to leave a message with your phone number and they will stop calling you within 24 hours.

Called the number back, it says the mailbox is full... -_-; Looks like there is no hope to get them to stop calling me now. >.<

I receive a least one call a week from this number. I dot know who it belongs to, so I don't answer. There is never a voicemail left.

    I too just started receiving numerous calls from the number listed and I sent an email today to the email  address you had listed and will see if it does any good if not I am going to crawl up the back of my cell carrier and FORCE them to do something. It's annoying.

Telefund claims to be a contract agency who solicits donations for charitable causes.  Perhaps true, perhaps not.  Many telephone solicitors are dishonest operators who do in fact give a minuscule percentage of their take to the organizations they claim to represent, but only enough to avoid fraud charges.

This number calls me 10 times a day.  please stop them

I added this number to a special contact called DO NOT ANSWER. Now anytime that number calls I am ready to give due service.

I get several calls a day from this number. I wonder if they realize that due to their tactics I will never donate to them.

they've been calling me everyday sometimes multiple times a day for the past few weeks now. Sometimes very late at night!
Someone needs to stop them! This is really annoying!

Getting calls on my cell from 512 916 0420. No message is very left. If you call back, a voice recording states they are telefund, professional fund raiser. The recording states that you say your number twice to remove your number from the calling list.

I called the number. It is Telefund, in Austin, TX.  They say if you leave your number twice it will be removed from the call list. I recently donated to planned parenthood. Per Telefund site, they work with PP, so that might have happened to you too~

Several calls a day from this number- no messages.  I suspect one of my various charities I give money to- a contract telemarketing/fundraising effort.

They have been calling me on my cell phone for the past couple of weeks.  The phone rings, I answer, then click...
It's surprising that they are still doing this after 7 years! (The oldest post on this thread is from 2008!)

We've been plagued with calls from Telefund from this number for months.  We have asked to be removed.  we've had 13 calls this afternoon in less than an hour.  Their site does work for several political and non-profit organizations we support. So, we're probably on several separate call list.  Telefund is relentless.
