Numerous calls from this number offering to lower my interest rate.
Do NOT want to be bothered. Which is why I'm on DO NOT CALL registry.

Third call with different number from these assclowns. Same every time. Prerecorded message about Credit Card Services and press 1 to speak to an operator. I have told them all three times it is illegal to solicit on cell phones and that I am going to file a complaint on the FCC website. I have filed all 3 times with the FCC. Everyone should file complaints against these jerks EVERY TIME! It only takes about 5 minutes to fill out the on-line form and until the people over at the FCC get inundated with complaints these jerks will continue to call us. And as a kicker after telling this [***] I was filing a complaint and immediately filing one they called my house phone from the SAME NUMBER 513-417-0498 and hung up on me. I am going to look into a trace on my lines and file a criminal complaint because this one was after 9pm and my phones are all on the don not call registry.

I get these kind of calls often all scams. block them if you can.

I just had a missed call from this number at 1012am ET ... no voicemail. I am also on the DO NOT CALL registry...figures there is a company who found a loophole.

ps if you call the number back there is a message that says "this number is not a working number check the number you're trying to dial and try again" ...sketchy

Got a call from this same number on my cell. I only answered it cause I know ppl in Ohio. No reply. They just hung up. I tried to call it back, and heard a recording stating "this is not a working number." Really. Then how someone or something just call me?

They just called me too and odd thing is we have no CC debt so I wouldn't need to lower my interest rate...I hate SPAMMERS and no less a recorded call. If it was an urgent call from our actual Credit Card company they would have a real live person call. #annoyed

Me too! 513-417-0498 is Cincinnati, Ohio area. There was a lot of background noise when someone answered after pressing "1" Call always begins with pre-recorded outgoing message of " Card Services" never an identifying legit company name. When someone does answer he/she never offers any identifying information of whom it is. I always tell these characters that I am not a card holder considering it is not the business of a complete stranger whom I can not see with my own eyes! I want to know how characters such as these callers are gaining access to our personal contact information!!! I thought our Privacy is suppose to be Protected not only by the businesses thatwe deal with but moreso by the Privacy Act! Telling these characters not to call is like trying to turn a Lemon into Pure Honey. These types of characters are either deaf or flat out stupid!!!

Just got an unanswered call from same number and no voice message.  Annoying!

I get this same phone call repeatedly 5134170498 about lowering my interest rates and when I do not answer the phone I am unable to call them back??? WIERD and frustrating.

This actually made me laugh out loud. I'm sure it's having such an awful job that is making his life hell. I almost feel sorry for him, even if his company keeps calling me.

they don't mention a credit card company so do not give them you credit card number.
