My co-worker just got a call on her business cell phone from this number - "lower your credit card rate" spiel. She pressed 1 and asked "Victor" to remove her number because it is listed on the Do Not Call registry.  He started using profanity so she turned on the speaker phone so I could hear him rant. I have NEVER heard such a potty mouth from someone claiming to be a "businessman". He threatened to "have my job" and "evict my place of employment" because "his uncle owns the street it's located on". When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he WAS the supervisor. He refused to give me his name, business name or even why he was calling. By that time, I had looked up the number here and told him that I see that he is located in Ohio and has been reported MANY times to the BBB and FCC. He hung up on me and when I called back, no surprise that I got a message that it was not a working number,

if you have an android (maybe works for iphone, too) get 'Mr. Number'...it will block the call ....

I get the same thing on my home and cell phone multiple times...from this number and from an Oregon number....   If you have a smartphone (I have an android)...get the Mr. Number app free.  It will block the calls for you on your cell at least.

I too got a call today from the number 5134170498. I have gotten calls from them in the past and feel like they were from different numbers. Once a month maybe. The first thing I wold encourage you to do is make sure your number is on the national do not call list. The second is to file a complain with the FCC about it. The following in the link to do so:

go to the link above and fill out the complaint form.  the more complaints FCC gets, the more likely it is that they will start going after these people.

Will ask for ur personal information.  I suggest Keeping them on the line and getting as much information about thwir company as u can and reporting them.  They will have less time to ruin someones grandparents life and

Got a phone call from this number on my cell phone...didn't answer & they left no message. Caller ID on my phone said Ohio.

Received call at 5:28 PM EST and they left no message on our work cellular.
Adding this number on cellular with designated ring tone so I won't worry about picking up next time.

Yes, I do have 7 outstanding credit debts.Of course that dude from the collection agency will call me days and nights.
