Caller left a voice mail (pre recorded) message on cell phone at 9:44 PST on 12/15/2009, "Hi, this is Cathy with Financial Freedom.  You may recall receiving a letter saying you've been approved to consolidate your credit cards down to as low as a 1.5% interest rate.  This is not a new loan.  You've already been approved by a certified non-profit agency.  So if you can please have your statements ready when you call, my number is 1-800-706-6208.  Again, my name is Cathy and you can reach me at 1-800-706-6208 until 10 tonight.  Thanks and have a great day."

Same old, same old.   Kathy, South Eastern Trust, 1.5%, will be here until 10PM, have your bills ready. This has been going on for too long. Anyone would be delighted to lower the interest on their loans from 20%+ to 1.5%. Beware!
