I have been getting a ton of calls from these idiots for 2 years now.  They ask for the same person over and over and over again.  I told them I do not know her.  I asked politely 100 times to stop calling and the idot on the other end states we not call any more.  How can anyone take them seriously?  Who do they hire?  LAW FIRM?  Thats a farse.

Be careful about what you put out to the Universe. Things are happening much faster and the negative energy you put out will return quicker than you might expect.
Some of us are in a legitimate situation and if we had the same income we had 2 years ago our payments on the debt you purchased would be current and you would not even have our information or know who we are.
Phoenix currently has an unemployment rate of 8.8%, which is relatively high. That means you could find yourself out of a job and in the same situation as quickly as you wrote your uninformed and insensitive message.
Paying you or taking care of my disabled child is a pretty clear choice. You lose!

The banks caused this problem and the government bailed them out with our money (and yours dumb@$$, you are in the same boat), then try to double dip after they caused many of us to lose a career. It's the banks that are criminals. Wise up and realize you are being part of the problem and sinking the very ship that you are on.

Call all you want, I won't take your calls anymore. There is nothing to get. I don't own anything, and there is no income. File all the lawsuits you want, it's your time and money that you are wasting.

Actually Texas is not one hundred percent right... They can garnish your wages for credit card debt if they obtain a legal judgment against you. They have done this in my case and I consulted an attorney and he advised me that they can and will garnish my wages as soon as I am back to work. However, I have been unemployed some time now due to the economy. So my income right now is ungarnishable. I have told them this and for awhile the calls/harrassment stopped. However, they have started up again and so I will be sending them a cease and desist letter via certified mail. Once you have proof that they received this letter, there is a charge for every call they make to you. The attorney I consulted said he believed it was like $5,000 per call. So you can take them to court for harrassing you!

You claim to be a law office and post something like this???? Are you freaking kidding me?  Really, you should be ashamed of yourself and the Arizona State Bar should review your license (if you actually have one).  Are you even sure anyone there graduated from high school let alone law school?!?!?!?!  Maybe there shouldn't be so many scam artists (like you) in this country harassing people and charging exhorbitant fees then there wouldn't be so many people unable to pay their debts.

I dont have any outstanding debt, but you have called my phone for my sons ex wife and called my huband . If your offices calls our house or our cell phones again I will make a complaint with the bar. My slef and my husband has asked you all not to call and I get it wasnt me. Well you all have computers and you need to put thats these numbers off limits .

You are pathetic! Your probably an ex employee because you got FIRED for breaking the laws. That is one thing that Matt and Joe don't tolerate. I used to work there to and I want to go back so bad, but I'm about 2200 miles away now. All the managers are real nice and helpful on training and second voices. They are there for one reason: to collect money. How dare you talk crap! Your just JEALOUS that your not there anymore.

I received a call from this #, Adrian x262 only after he contacted 2 family members and left messages.  Why wouldn't they call me first!!!  Flat out told them no money.  Sure they'll call every day.  Adrian was very polite and not one bit rude.  He understood where I was coming from so not sure about others that work there but this guy was nice.

This is the worst debt/collection agency EVER!!! Don't do business with B of A since they sold my debt to these scumbags!!! Very pushy and they will not let you get a word in...I felt like they were loansharks threatening me over the phone...so bad that I'd rather go to court...REALLY!!! It was that bad.  BTW don't let them intimidate you...NEVER give them your banking account info...big mistake!!! Don't say I didn't warn you...they are ruthless...and YES...I am someone who knows they have a debt and YES I am posting this because I'd rather deal with a different law firm than this one. Just awful!!!

These people are jerks.  I have a debt with them, I want to pay it off, but they don't want to make any arrangements in writing.  He offered me a reasonable payment plan, but as soon add I asked for a copy in writing (because I will not agree by phone), he hung up on me.

HELLO< IDENTITY THEFT!!!!!   you people don't just attempt to collect a debt! you take info that is not yours and use it against people. and if a person tells you that they cannot pay, you have to stop the harassing calls! it is the law!!!
