Received third call from this number....Dale from Ace Air Conditioning....Reported to do not call registry.

Telephone number came up on my credit card when ordering something on line as MY home number.  IT IS NOT

Keeps calling my cell number even when asked to remove me from his list. The following is info I received from another source.

I am on the do not call list but I got the call. He asked for the home owner I told him I did not own a home and he hung up. These people call all the time even after you tell them.

Received calls from this number 3 times a day for the last 5 days.  They never leave a message and hang up when we answer.  Please someone do something about it.  I am on Do Not Call Registry.

Call came in on my cell for no apparent reason

Received two calls on cell phone number that is on do not call list. Annoying.  Disable his phone!!

Called me and my co-worker cell phones. They hung up on answering phone. I called back and went to voicemail for ACE AIR scheduling.

Our computer will not dial a phone # but once every 4 days. Anyone saying they receive numerous call the same day is mistaken. Also, we have the latest do not call list loaded on the computer. It will not dial any number on that list. If you wish not to be called, please call 602-296-3902 and request to be taken off. If you get voice mail, please leave a message asking to be taken off. We do not know these are cell numbers until we are told. We do not wish to call anyone that does not want to talk to us.

Yeah sure Don.  Your company just called me also. I know for sure you are not calling from an updated Do Not Call list because I have been on it for two years and you still called.  Luckily, it is simple to file a complaint with the FTC, which I will be doing.  For anyone else:

They woke me up from sleeping, I answered the phone and they hung up, if they call again im going to file a complaint  im on the do not call list also.

With the number of complaints I have been receiving, I had our IT guy check our server. Apparently the server has not been recognizing the latest DNC list we downloaded. We receive an updated list once a month & immediately compare it against our calling list. I was assured the problem has been fixed. If you are on the current DNC list. You will not receive another call from Ace Air.

I have 17 missed calls from this number in the last 6 days.  There has to be a way to get these people to stop!

This company has called before.  I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and I have ask them not to call again.  I made a report to the FTC this time.

Called from this number "Ace Air Conditioning". I belive the Marketer was named Gary? listened to his pitch and when I declined (even siad "thank you, but no.) He said "Whatever" and hung up the phone. This is definetly a class operation.
