Got a call from "vito" after he identified himself he hung up.  Very creepy

I get calls from this number which belongs to Ace Air Conditioning. When you get a person they say they're in the scheduling department and that I'm overdue for my free AC checkup.

Ace Air calls my number repeatedly. Each time I ask who they are calling for and they give me a different first and last name everytime. Funny how one phone number(mine) whould have so many different names associated to it. It is also funny that each different name they give happens to have a contract with, so they claim they can continue to call the same number(mine). I have filed a complaint with the FTC/DNC. My cell phone keeps records of dates and times called so it is easy to file a complaint. Ace Air should not be in business. What kind of service would they provide if this is how the callers are.

Not only will this Co NEVER get my business I will make a point of spreading the word about their annoying and unprofessional business practice of repeatedly calling DO NOT CALL numbers.BBB complaints and a letter to the ROC are next step!

I have had in excess of 15 calls from this company over the last two weeks.  Every time I answer, they hang up.  I call back, and get a message saying that I have reached the marketing department of Ace Air.  I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website, and despite having a TON of complaints against them, they have an A+ rating (which is completely ridiculous)!  

I wanted to make sure I had the correct "Ace Air" so I called one of the phone numbers listed on the BBB website and spoke to a woman named Tracy, who confirmed that 602-296-3902 is INDEED one of their phone numbers associated with their marketing department.  I advised her of what has been going on over the last few weeks, told her I was fed up, as are many other people, and suggested she Google 602-296-3902 to see just how much other people are fed up with being called repeatedly by Ace Air's marketing people.  She was polite and told me that she would take me off of their calling list.  If I get one more call from them, I'm going to start calling them at home in the middle of the night and see how they like receiving unwanted calls.  

By the way, the BBB lists the names of the main people who work for the company.  To great joy, they all have very unique last names, and I was able to find home phone numbers for three of the four people listed.  If they keep bugging you, I suggest you go to the BBB website, locate their company and the names of the individuals, then go to Internet White Pages and look up their home phone numbers.  Start harrassing them for awhile and see how much they like it.

Called before, I stated this was a cell phone and DO NOT CALL AGAIN, they now call and hang up, I have noted this number as a "Junk Caller" so when calls again I will not answer.

I am getting 2 or 3 calls a day, for the past 2 weeks.
They never leave a message, and just call back again later.

Due to the high number of business calls received, if you do get a voice a mail, PLEASE, PLEASE leave the phone number we called. Our lists are set up by phone number. I will immediately take that number off our list. Do not call and say take me off your list and do not leave a phone number or at least a name. I am not psychic. I do not know who you are unless you tell me. My phone quite often has as many as 5 calls coming in at one time. if you don't leave your number, you might be #20 on the message list and I have no way of accurately checking the caller I.D. If you do not want us calling you, then we don't want to call you. PLEASE ensure that we can grant your request by leaving your phone number.

This person keeps calling my cell phone--doesn't leave message but seems to be a sales call

I am also listed on the DNC and I received a call from this number. If I receive another call, I will be reporting them to the DNC registry for a violation.

The endless calls on my cell phone continue.  I called the company back yesterday and left a message saying I did not want to be contacted by their company.  Another call came in today.  WTF is wrong with this company.

i called the company and asked to be taken of the list...and i havent recived a call since just keep insisting and they'll do what yu asked...

Here is a screenshot of the missed calls I've had from ACE since the 14th. That's 7 days and 5 missed calls. I'm registered on the DNC list, I've left a message to be removed from your list, and I've subsequently reported you for calling me.

My number ends in 9107. I suggest purging it from your list. I use this line heavily for work and will have no issue justifying the minimum in damages in Federal Court per 15 USC 57(a). $50,000 in damages is a single phone call for my business. 3/5 of your calls just within the last week have been during business hours.

Play according to the law, or I'll seek legal recourse upon the next call.

if you think the callng is annoying please dont use their service....i did and one of the worst mistakes of my life thus far. what a joke they are. i had a terrible sitation with them.

That is not true I have recived two calls today and you hang up when I answer STOP calling me!

Another call and hang up... I have never used these jokers before. Leave me the F alone.

These guys are persistent. Call at least twice a day, everyday.
