Ace Air calling to get you to sign up for HVAC tune up

I am on the DoNotCall list and I still receive calls from Ace Air several times a week. No message is ever left and and I should not have to go out of my way to stop harassing phone calls. If I don't answer, stop calling!

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for nearly a year and they never leave a message.  I finally called the number back and, of course, it goes into voice mail.  The voice mail does state, if you are calling to have your number removed from their calling list, to clearly state you want to be placed on their do not call list and to leave your name and phone number.  If you continue to listen to the message, it gives a "main number" to call, which is (602) 266-5223.  I called that number and spoke with "Salena".  Salena was very polite and apologetic about the continued phone calls.  She was able to identify my name when I gave her my number (not sure how, since I have never been a customer), and promised to remove my information from her database.  She also stated she would contact the department that places the calls and have them remove my phone number as well.   I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this works, although I'm not betting any money on it.

They keep on calling, even after I've told them not to.  And they're calling my CELL phone number, which I NEVER give out.

I'm assuming it's an autodialer.

They hung up when I answered .... Being a contractor myself I would never market my business this way. Who buys from a company that harasses them?
