Dear ACE AIR -  You are pathetic.  That is NOT how it works!  YOU Must check the DoNotCall list  *EVERY 31 days*.  Seeing that ALL of these people ARE ON IT and say they have been on it for YEARS, just like WE ARE, and they don't have and have never had a business relationship with you, then YOU are NOT doing what you are REQUIRED by LAW to do!!!!!

By the way, EVERYONE needs to call their local BBB (Better Business Bureau) and File a complaint with them.  See the very last paragraph down below to see why that's vital to do, and what to say to the BBB when you call them about ACE AIR.

Numerous ones were "Administratively Closed", which according to the BBB means that the Co. 'made an effort' (bet you anything they LIED) and/or the CUSTOMER FAILED to let the BBB know that the Complaint is STILL valid and NOT resolved.   -  So people, that means you must contact the BBB and then contact them again and again to let them know that you're still in the game.

KNOW THIS -  According to the Special TV report recently aired, the BBB can be BOUGHT by these customers.  I mean just look at all these complaints against ACE AIR and they get an A+ RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Something is SERIOUSLY wrong here!!  UNBELIEVABLE!!

But now that the TV report is out in the Open, you should be able to inform the BBB that these guys better get an F, or you will KNOW that the BBB is being bought!

The fine is now $16,000.00 for calling anyone on the DoNotCall list.  NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE needs to, has to, or even Should call YOU to have you remove their #.  Their # is already on the DNC list.  YOU have to STOP calling THEM!!   There is ALREADY the DNC list which YOU are to go over EVERY single 31 days and YOU have to REMOVE from YOUR calling list EVERY SINGLE # that matches the DNC list!!!!!!!!!

Too much trouble for you??  boo-hoo!  How about a a Sixteen THOUSAND dollar FINE?!  Is tht too much trouble too??

Your pathetic recording when you call 602-296-3902 says to 'leave your Phone number as that is the ONLY way to be assured your Phone # will be taken off their list.'   -  WRONG!!  YOU must go over the DNC list and remove us.  WE don't have to call YOU!

WE ALSO have the PROOF of your calls, as you are also calling OUR cell phone # which still is and has been on the DNC list for over 3 YEARS!  PROOF baby, PROOF!  Not only that, but our Home phone as 99% of other Home phones have, also has Caller ID!!!  

 You can try to make up any lie you want 'Ooops we dialed the wrong # AGAIN, or thought they WERE our customer' or any other lie you want.  PROOF is right here on this website that you don't even remove #'s after people DID call you and tell you to.  However, NONE of us has to do that!  And WE sure won't be calling you.  And seeing that doesn't even work with you, no one else should ever call you either!  

What we HAVE to do, EVERY single person here, is to File a Complaint on the www.DoNotCall.gov  website, against these guys and get some action taken.  Let them Pay out $16,000. 00 and see how that feels for being such Liars and a lazy couldn't-care-less company.  MAYBE then they'll care.

And be sure to let your friends, family and neighbors know about all the people here are Outraged at this company.  That ACE AIR will not abide by the Telemarketing LAW and who calls and calls anyway.  Spread that Truth. Just drop it into the conversation with everyone 'Hey have you been getting those AGAINST THE LAW Telemarketing calls from ACE AIR??'  

Hopefully they will go out of business, as that seems to be what they want, rather than abide by the Law!  

By the way - there was recently a Program about the BBB, how people can BUY a good Rating!  They actually pony up some money and they go from an F or a D to an A Rating!!  So I would suggest that EVERYONE call the BBB and tell them you are 'on to them' and they had better give this rotten company an F or we'll be sure that this branch of the BBB is investigated right along with others!!

Called Don and got the same spiel... he is obviously not qualified as an IT guy. It is probably an AC repairman that 'knows something' about computers and was put in charge of the auto-dialer.

If Don could write a SQL query he could check his database and find the actual number of connects per phone number per week.

Since all of us that have get multiple calls per day from this annoying company know they he is wrong, wouldn't it be great see his face when he found out?

They've been doing the same thing to me for about three months!  It will be a few times a day every day for about a week and then they take a week.  But then the cycle begins again!  I've spoken to them...told them I'm not interested in their services and want to be removed from list but no dettering.

I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK IT WAS FROM ACE AIR CONDITIONING.

They call my cell everyday and never leave a message and my number has been on the Do Not Call List since its inception.  I have called the the number back which puts you into the voicemail of their marketing department which indicates that "if you wish to be removed from the calling list to please leave your phone number as that is the only way they can guarantee it be done".  I have also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  Hopefully that stops the incessant phone calls!

Call their ACTUAL number that they DO ANSWER and give them Hell ! or Take them to Court which is what I am about to do as I repeatedly asked them to remove my Phone # and Not call it.
This time I recorded phone call to 602-457-6330 asking them to Remove it, One more Phone call and I am at Small claims court asking for $ 1000 dollars in Damages !! ( I know a guy that got it too ).

457-6330 is their Front Office Number !!!!

Called me on my cell while I was at work.  Didn't leave message. Went online to see who was calling.

asked them to remove my number from their list and still calling. 3 times yesterday and once today. Wanting to do A/C inspection and tune up. Just bought the house and it was done before I moved in. Frustrating as heck.

They just called my cell. Like I always do when I get a call from a number I don't recognize, I checked this site. Glad I did. Hopefully I'm not going to be re-called excessively, or else I will file with the DNC.

I am typing this from my phone.  I was driving my car down the road when my phone rang.  I am on the do not call list and keep my phone handy because I am an suicide prevention counselor and never know when my line will get a call from a desperate person about to end it all.  I answered and told the person who was trying to sell AC services not to call this number but was hung up on.  I got frustrated and took my eyes off the road for a second.  I guess that is when the bus full of special needs children pulled out.  I am currently covered in special needs children blood and body parts waiting for the fire that started in the bus engine to reach me.  The pain is unbearable....I just want it all to end.  I wish there was a number I could call where I could speak to someone to help motivate me and give me the strength to go on but that was my number and my job.  Why did they have to call?  ahhhhh.....

Why must these ppl always call, I'm guessing its ace air the same company that came out and told me they couldn't help me and just charged me a trip charge to not fix my condensation pipe, the man just kept saying bro over and over. Pathetic. That was over 2 years ago now. They've never left a vm either and I have no idea how they got my cell number because I gave them my bfs that they call often as well.

Received a call on my cell this morning at 1100 am. I am on the Do Not Call registry but they knew I had just bought a house too so maybe someone in the mortgage process sold my number.

My numbers have been on the National Do Not Call registry for a long time. Since I moved into your area, you now call regularly. So don't lie about your using the list. What's more, as others have stated, you do call more than once a day. Perhaps your computers are not following your instructions, eh?

Received a call from this number and answered it. Being a previous customer, they knew my name. "Mark" stated he was calling to schedule our annual service as per our agreement. I stated this service was done just three weeks ago. Mark stated our record probably was not updated and he would be sure to document this. We received a call the following day from the same number. Answered it again. This time ACE Air was trying to sell us their new service.....Plumbing. We told them we were not interested. Each day after, we are still receiving phone calls from this number. We do not answer them and they just hang up. I will follow up with the owner letting him know of this annoying practice, being that we have spent a great amount of money with this company in the past. Overall, we have been very happy with the company, however, we are not happy with the harassing phone calls we are receiving after our service was complete.
