Haha all you people are nuts, not one person can even explain what they do. This is entertaining. Paranoia is serious.

No, The Coalition for energy savings is not based out of the country. I used to work their as a caller or as they would like to say "Appointment setter". It is a very nice buisness office in Phoenix, Az right across the hall from homeland security. And yes as It may have seemed like it, but us "appointment setters" where not calling you to sell anything! our job was to get you all to agree to have a meeting with our staff in the feild. and he?she would come and fill you in on what the rogram was about. But what I dont get is why you all making such a big deal out of this! You may have disapproved of this but that doesnt mean everyone else does! If you would not like to be contacted then just ask to be placed on the "DNR" and you will never hear from them again! I no longer wrk their, but I will say out of all the places I have worked @ with cold calling, I can by far say this is the most ligit! I will admit we do not tell you everything over the phone, but once you have met with the person sent out to speak with you, you would have had everything their was to know. So plz to all who reads this, the next time someone like that calls you just ask to be laced on the "DNR" anddnt cuss or yell, we r only doing our jobs! would you rather be on the corner begging you for change, r worse robbing ppl to just to survive? I think/hope not! Thank you all for reading!

I keep getting repeated calls from this company Energy Coalition - 602-358-0068.  I have asked them to stop calling I am not interested.  The most recent call was Friday Oct. 21, 2011 -  2:58pm.  

The female caller got a bit uppity when I said "STop calling I am not interested and tried to go into her sales pitch -- I repeated " Stop calling take my number off of your list" and hung up.

sadly its actually 8am to 9 pm here in the states so 815 tech is OK just block the number :P

I made an appointment for these people to come over today to give me a free energy audit.  I now look them up and it looks to me like they are a scam.

ESA comes up on my phone at 602-734-0460.  They also call us 3 or 4 times a day.  I want it stopped now.  We are on the 1-800-DO NOT CALL list, but it doesn't stop them!!!

We are getting calls from this number almost daily and sometimes twice a day.  We don't answer unidentified calls.  We tried a couple of times just to get them to quit calling.  They hung up on us. We have filed a complaint with the FTC. Hope they stop soon! It is harrassment to call so much!!

This is my first call from this number. I NEVER answer unless I recognize the caller AND want to talk to them. Otherwise it goes to the machine. Answering these kinds of calls is like replying to spam email - no matter what you tell them, you get put on the "a live person answers this phone" list, and you just won lots more calls from this and other cold callers.

They keep leaving robo calls about political candidates.  Filed a complaint with FTC about the company.

Wow, it's absolutely amazing how many people out there scream "scam" without doing any homework. Should the company operate within the "DNC" regulations? Of course! I can see how some would grow tired of receiving calls from a solicitor, but that does not mean the company is illegitimate. Many companies out there utilize phones to reach their customers because its effective and cost efficient. The company does exist! You all should spend some more time researching in stead of wasting five precious minutes of your life by jumping on to these forums and asking somebody else to figure it out for you.

Do you know how to spell? It shows ignorance. I have read each posting and all say they have asked to be put on the DNR list and it doesn't happen. I asked 3 times and yet to have the calls stopped. These "appointment setters" are rude and change their pitch when you ask questions. This company is a scam for sure.

Green Monster -SIREN SALES- Vendor RICHARD ANDERSON OF UTAH- called to my home to sell me solar thermos, He lay to us, we lost our grat credit because them. They installed the equipment without permit of City of Fontana, last year, on 05/31/2012 they hd requested the permit. The City of Fontana won't ive the permit because this company has their licence suspended.
