Just throwing in my two cents.  If the system they're selling is so good it sell without the need for sometimes pushy or otherwise rude "appointment setters" illegally calling people without first checking the National Do Not Call list.  Apparently many companies do this with little or no consequence.  Why? Probably because too many people on the DNC list still agree to purchase things from telephone solicitors.  If I ran a business and resorted to cold calling, I would think that calling people registered on the DNC list wold be a waste of time, but apparently that's not the case.

I am just sick and tired of the telephone I PURCHASE and use with the service I PAY FOR being used to bother me.  I don't want to change my number and pay extra to keep that number unpublished (not same as unlisted by the way).  I shouldn't have to.  I wish the National Do Not Call Resgistry came into being with harsh punishments and NO EXCEPTIONS, but it was written by politicians so I guess I can't expect anything more than the useless tool it is.  I know times are tough, but why would anyone work as a telephone solicitor?  Must be either big commissions or the promise of them.  Things sold this way are usually extremely overpriced.  Nobody should ever purchase anything as the result of a telephone solicitation.  If so, we could solve this problem in a month.  Too bad there's so many idiots out there!
