Thank you.  People have been calling me from the same agency, looking for people with different names through the past year or two.  It got to the point that I called the police for harassment. They only directed me to a consumer agency.  This law should help me put a stop to this abuse.

This company has called me at least 20 times "on behalf of your creditor" regarding "a delinquent account".  The voice mail message provides no information about the supposed debt or the supposed creditor but asks me to provide my cheque or credit card details to settle the debt using the touch tone phone.  It suggests that I contact the company for further information, but no telephone number or address is provided in the message.  When I try to ring the number on my call display I get "this number is not in service".

It sounds for all the world like a scam.  I do not owe money that I am aware of.   If this is a scam, then I'm not falling for it.  If it is not a scam, then the unnamed "creditor" and the unknown "delinquent account" will never be paid.  I am not about to provide my financial details to a nameless, faceless company to do with what they will.

They call every few days with the same message asking for someone I don't know and I've always pressed 4 and it always says that they will corrected their system, but it calls again a few days later. It's been a good month or 2 since this started happening. The weird thing is that we just got our phone number just about 3 months before. I tried to call them with the phone number provided by their website today to get them to stop but it went through to voicemail with them telling me to leave a phone and account number and message. I just want the calls to stop!

Everything posted in previous messages is happening to me too.  When they started calling, I assumed they were a telemarketing co. as they did not identify themselves, and the instructions were to press 1 for this or press 2 for that, yeah right, the call display showed the name and phone number, but I had no idea who or what they were calling about, so I have ignored all messages, except today I redialed the number, which cannot go through.  What kind of company is this, who leaves messages but you cannot contact them?

I'm dismayed that they will continue calling for months turning into years.  What kind of company are they? They have really ##**!! me off.

THAT is a beautiful response.  I'll get Telus to act on it.  I've been reading here how Wiggins Adj. will continue for 18+ months.  I am SO sick of the robot that continues calling with her incomplete message.  It just won't stop!  I've left messages asking for proof that I even owe anything ~ I cannot remember even being at this place when they say, I've talked to the Better Business Bureau...they suggest calling 'Consumer Protection BC' @ 1.888.564.9963.

you can call them back and tell them to [***] off @604-530-0211 and harass them until they stop calling you.

You can't block their number, their are either multi-party line or private business number

604-530-0211 - This is their main office line... you can actually follow the prompts so you can talk to one of their agents... I've done this and they have supressed my phone number (they had the wrong number)... I haven't gotten a call since

actually call screen is only a couple of bucks per month and well worth it

The advice about faxing them that can only mail you works well. I also faxed Diamond Parking and told them I wish to dispute this in court (I have told them this ever since I got the ticket)

These people call me everyday, but I've just changed the ring tone so I know who it is and just ignore it since it was a ticket from a private lot. I did however get a real live person one day on the phone and when she asked me how I was going to settle up the debt I told her I was never going to pay it. And she said, Your never going to pay it? And I said, nope, I'm never going to pay it. They didn't call for months after that but now they are back at it again. Thinking about faxing them, but the ring tone I assigned them kinda makes me chuckle. hahaahah. Maybe it won't be so funny in a few years, but it's already been a year. Maybe it's time for a new ring tone.....

I have received a letter from Wiggins Adjustment last friday (December 17) asking me to pay $108.00 for a parking infarction that happened 2 years ago, dated February 27,2008. I tried  calling their local number as well as their 1 800 number during the weekends but no one is in the office, it just ask you to leave your number and account number. I did left my number but no one called me back on monday. I was so worried about it, that I decided to call them to clarify things.
I called the 604 530 0211 after following the prompt I  was transferred to a live person. I ask her about the demand letter they sent me because  I don't recall receiving any notification or ticket from Diamond Parking.  I told her that I am usually on holidays during that time. Its been my routine to take a 2 weeks vacation starting from the 23rd of February until early march. She reasoned out that somebody might have use my car, which could be a possibility, but I just realized that my husband was also out of the country, he did  not returned until the 18th of march. She said that she is going to put a note in my account and I will have until the new years to settle it. But 2 days after I received a  call from 604 530 8904, it sound so weird, it ask you to press one if person is not available or 2 not the right person, I really have a hard time understanding the instructions. Annoyed by it, I decided to look up the phone number from 411 and it turned out to be Wiggins Adjustments. I was surprised to learn that a lot of people are having problems with this company, In a sense, its a good thing for me because it gives me an assurance that I am not the only one having issues with them and at the same time gives me an insight regarding the legitimacy of the company.
I really do appreciate all the information that had been posted. It gives me an idea how to deal with them next they call me. I am pretty sure they are going to call me again because they thought I have fallen into their scam.

ahahaha they just called me and I hung up, so annoying. Good thing I searched this up on google.

Again - if you want to get rid of them for ever. Fax them a letter and quote the consumer protection act. you will NEVER hear from them again.

Also do not worry about you credit - all canadian credit agencies will not accept reports from private vendors like this. The only way it can show up in credit report is IF they take you to court AND you lose AND you still refuse to pay.

Calling 1-604-530-0211 worked. I guess they call all the people in the phone book until they get the right one (and to annoy everyone else!). Some guy with the same last name owes $7000 to the company and I don't feel like constantly receiving calls about his debt.

These tools has been calling me non-stop for the past two or three months. At first it was automated messages but since last week a live person has been calling me. It didn't really bother me as I always tend to miss their calls. They finally got a hold of me today and i told them i didn't get a ticket from them and that unless they have photo proof that I was on that lot that day, don't call me anymore.

She said she was going to put me on the tow list and i said go right ahead and she hung up on me....

i thought i was already on their tow list because i've been ignoring their calls.

and i did not appreciate them hanging up on me, i wanted to talk more.

UM they've been calling my line since 2008 for a phony Diamond parking ticket.  I think it's funny.  They've even called and left their recording on Sundays which they are not allowed to do in BC.   Doesn't bug me cause I just press delete.

About 3 years ago, I got a parking ticket for parking in a handicapped zone, even though I have a handicapped sign hanging from my mirror. After talking with wiggins adjustment, I sent a copy of my handicapped sign to diamond parking. I just don't answer when wiggins calls. They stick on a person like leeches to a fat man's ass.
