they have called here so many times I can't even keep count, and it's the wrong NUmber... I have called them 4 times to tell them to take me off their list , but NO, they keep calling.... next time I will blow a whistle into the receiver,, take that!!!!!! and STop CAlling me!

You try to call this number back and it's out of service. You have to use one of the other numbers. I found 604-530-0211 works.

However just an FYI the Surrey Public Library - Newton Branch uses these jokers. I have a dinky little amount due to the library for overdue fines [less than $30] and spoke with the branch about clearing it up. Unfortunately I couldn't make it in to the branch for a bit and received no letter from the library, no courtesy call, nothing just straight back to this turkeys.

Just tell Wiggins that you will deal with the branch and then clear it up at the library.

Your automated calling computer keep calling us saying that we are on your collection's list, an we don't know why,????????‏

My name is Marcel & Linda Galipeau...
We keep getting calls from your automated service, & the phone no: 1-604-530-8908, is what it comes under.. An it states that we owe you in the amount of $160.& change, an how do we wish to pay, with no option to speak with a representative....  
When Linda answers the phone, it states that you are a collection's agencies, an that we owe you from a purchase on a credit card, that we haven't paid, n was sent to for collections,?????
Well Linda is my X-wife, an we have been legally separated since 2004, an divorced since then..
We have not lived together since Nov./2003,  an i have been on permanent disability since June of 2002.. By the earlier fall of that year, i lost all my creditability an all credit cards an issued by  Equifax  a R9 A9 credit rating. so since then seeing that i have never had a credit card since then, in either both of our names, how is it that we can owe this money. We have never gotten a bill or a statement from who or what credit card company that we apparently owe this money to,???
The phone no. that your service keeps calling is 1-250-862-9778. This is Linda's phone no.
Is there some how that you can mail to us all the information along with a copy of the signed transaction on which credit card company that was used an what did we bye..
We both believe that this is a error in your system, an we would like to clear this matter up as soon as possible.. For we have settled all our debits with all credit card companies since then, an why after 9 years do we all of a sudden owe this money in collection.

As i was saying that we would like to clear up this error so that it doesn't end up at Equifax or Trans Union, an destroys her credit rating, an mine that i am trying to rebuild..  
If you could please check into this an e-mail me back with some answers, an if it doesn't come from your company, then we can get the R.C.M.P. an my Lawyer involved in checking this out as a fraudulent company an were either victims of identity thief or a scam operation....

Ever since i sent them a e-mail telling that i was going to report them to the R.C.M.P. as fraudulent company, or a scam / identity thief company, the phone calls stopped instantly..???? maybe more people have to report them to the R.C.M.P. before they are shut down completely... I strongly advise that if you want them to stop bothering you is to report this company, for they are across Canada... They can ruin your credit rating real fast. Right now i am in a battle with Equifax an Trans Union, for it has shown up in there office that we are a bad credit an a high risk.. will keep you posted as to this event turns out..

What you most likely have is a BS parking ticket from diamond parking, I believe is the name of the company. I discussed the situation with Wiggins and explained that I had a handicapped permit and I got a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot.. They told me to copy it and e mail it to the parking company. I did so and 3 or so years later, they are hanging on my ass like a leach to a fat man's butt. The 35 buck ticket is now about 350. I refuse to pay for a ticket that i didn't deserve.
I think that the parking company depends on people being silly enough to pay for tickets that they didn't merit. We should start a whine bulletin board on the internet for people in this trap/

and talk to a representative, just give them the number that they are calling you by.. and they will say who they are looking for..

i just got off the phone with them. and they were looking for an Aleksandar, but the last name is different, so yes they just call everyone w/ the same first name to hope they hit the right person.. just call them up. give them your phone number that they are calling you on. and tell them to remove you off there list cause clearly its the wrong number lol

These idiots call my number & are looking for my son not us & have been told that many times & still continue to call us night & day over a stupid parking ticket - as they have told me also - what they should not be doing - but they apparently know nothing about the Privacy Act - calling from # 5308908 & 4308904

Diamond Parking had a big Class Action Lawsuits in the Seattle, USA.... I do not understand how
they can still operate in Canada, their website hardly works?
It took me about 3 hours to Cancel the ticket ;) Over night...no phone calls, just play the Game and
have fun....I Love those collectors ;)

Just fighting Drake Towing Ltd...very dishonest people.
Stole my car, they have even called Police on me, when I have refused to paid them for 10 minutes
of  towing to their private property pay $104.61 of Extortion and stealing private property of mine...
Police made me to svipe my  credit card there, because they do not have to show me their's
business Licence??
Owner is living in Florida and he does not care? Neither Police! So why I have to have a licence
to my business, licence to drive and licence to my car??? And Licence to live in Canada??
Send them First Notices...Silence and no respond from anybody :)))))

If you live in British Columbia the following legal rights apply to you.

If you start receiving collection calls from Wiggins Adjustments there is an easy way to get these people to stop calling.

According to the BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT;

(4) A collector must not continue to communicate with a debtor
(a) except in writing, if the debtor
(i)  has notified the collector to communicate in writing only, and
(ii)  has provided a mailing address at which the debtor may be contacted,

Simply send the collections agency a fax stating you wish to be contacted by written correspondence ONLY and state the mailing address at which they can send mail to you. Provide your full name and be sure to clearly note what matter pertains to (i.e. parking ticket for license plate number ABC 123) sign the fax, and record the date you sent it. Keep the fax. You also need to send the same fax to the creditor (i.e. the parking lot company such as Diamond Parking).

If by chance they are calling you about a parking ticket from Diamond Parking, in the same fax, tell them you wish to dispute the ticket and all related charges in court. They wont take you to court because it's your word against there's, they won't win. Even if they tried the cost of pursuing the matter in court far exceeds the sum they can hope to recover.

Lastly, a parking ticket and fine from a private parking lot WILL NOT and CAN NOT affect your credit rating. You did not borrow money from them and not pay it back. Parking tickets from the city or a government entity, however, is a different story.

Somebody was calling me regarding parking ticket , that I allegedly received in 2009 threatening my car will be towed away if I do not pay for it around 130$ ,I never received any ticket

You do not have to contract with any collection agency, You never contracted with them in the first place so it is a legal even if you do ow debt to a company they are not the company they bought the debt and are trying to make money from you ! No Contract.
