   Bill collectors Wiggins are . Just don`t answer to that number or similar .
   I hear some people have been harassed by Wiggins for 2 whole years .

   The [***] don`t give up , as you will see .

 These are the most annoying people who leave this everyday.....

They call all the time but there is no answer on the other end !! Why bother ?? I gave taught my kids to just hit end call !! I have phoned these numbers back and they are just a busy tone hmmm

Sorry to break it to you but you actually do not seem to have all your facts lined up. Yes you can quote the Business Practices and Consumer  Protection Act  and that part is correct. I work for a collections agency and I am only reading these reviews because a family member of mine received a notice from this company. Yes a collections agency can and will credit report a parking ticket from a private company if the company is legal and so is the ticket. Most tickets will have the legal warning of collections on the ticket or they will send out a letter with the warning. I have had police officers come to my office to pay these tickets. So I would not go around stating incorrect facts. Like I said though, the section you are quoting from the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and how you have suggested going about it is correct.

For months now I too have been getting harassed by wiggins adjustments. I'm so happy I found this site. I will be taking some of the advice given here. Thanks, for what you do to help the consumer.
My story pretty much mirrors what others have already posted, including calling the company and getting the run around. I'll be damned before they'll get a nickle from me. Their professionalism stinks! I just don't understand how companies can get away with these tactics! Some days I was getting as many as 4 calls a day.

Here's something else to consider if a company pays enough money to the BBQ - better business Bureau they automatically receive A+ rating and a " accredited member" sticker to paste on there business door, like most corrupt companies they're given unlimited power to harass people whether  it's a 50.00 owe or 150,000. And how is it there's numerous numbers, and various addresses. 8 fact I wouldn't be surprised if one of your neighbors works for them.
You know the tipe , in house 24/7 seldome leaves there residents.  Not even for a bag of groceries don't get me starter about personal hygiene. Ewe ! I almost puked the day she opened the door on her trailer.

Wiggins actually didnt call me personally. I had never heard of them unitl THEY CALLED A FRIEND ON HER UNLISTED PRIVATE CELL NUMBER once autonmated about me owing them money, second time in person call, a gil named Claudia. I have a land line, listed, and if I owed any bill which I dont, I ve had the same number for 8 years. Why not call me? HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET HER NUMBER? I dont have her number listed in emails or nothing nowhere, never use contact info apps etc. How did they know she was my firend, there are 3 KN where I live...always interesting say at the hospital getting the right me... I have private face book, even there her number isnt listed on my site ever or hers.... WTF????!!!!! seems someone is breaching privileged databases. HACKERS.

I verified number they gave her as being Wiggins. Ill report them for harassing her, and also how did they get unlisted cell number of a person not even in their system... she has ZERO debt and excellent credit...she would not be in a collectors database for anything ever.... hmmmmm they [***] up this time, I'm easy to find, she isn't, certainly not her unlisted cell and we don't do twitter, Facebook, other social media [***] between us, cause I don't have cell or like texting etc. no messages, we just hit the friend ed button 8 yrs ago and that is all.   So how did they make the connection and find her number before ever finding me????
