Please quit calling this number I get it at least 5 times a day and I want you to take our number off of your marketing as the people you are looking for don't live here or they don't own this number we do sooooo quit calling this number the number is 1-780-478-0070 or I will charge you with harassment

i kept getting their calls 6 times a day, finally i called them and they took off my number. but the thing is this lady i spoke to immediately told me she would take off my number. did not even ask me to pay for something did not even ask how much i owed, since i don't even know myself. for only 2 days they haven't called. now starting yesterday they call but there is no one on the line. just silence. 6 times yesterday with a silent call and 2 times just now. has anyone had this before? just the silence? i don't understand what is wrong with these morons. they call for my grandmother who is 80 years old, doesn't even drive and doesn't speak english. so irritating. now its not even night they call, its during the morning.

ok. i see lots of people get this call apparently because they didn't pay a parking ticket of sorts. I DON'T HAVE A CAR. I CAN'T GET PARKING TICKETS WITHOUT A CAR! they call me 7-8 times a day during school. I don't pick up 'cause i don't recognize the phone number, but this is ridiculous.

I had this lady call me this morning about a Misunderstand with HR block.. and she kept yelling @ me and i talked to her in the sweetest voice i could, and she kept getting more and more mad... lol

These idiots keep calling me regarding some guy who owes them money. I keep advising them they have the wrong number, and they thank me advising that they will update their system

Well obviously they cannot, as they keep calling. Get lost people! or update your system!!!

I am really upset by receiving the parking ticket from Diamond Parking LTD.
at 6:30pm on 24.1.2012 . That moment was pouring rain and really dark,
I came from Metrotown to do the volunteer work and parked my car on the empty
lot of administrative building (back of 2090 w 4th ave) close to my work. By that
time everybody already left the business and parking place was completely empty.
In adition to that It was hard to see any sign about the parking regulations,
but keep in mind that usually after 6pm you can have free parking, I did park overthere.
On my way back I noticed the ticket on my car of $61.60 which says that after 7 days
you have to pay $70.00. The comments on the ticket rudely worn people about collecting Co
and towing their cars. I was suspicious right away about the reputation of this Company, which
dealing unfairly and rudely toward to their clients. Reeding the feed back from many victimes
of this Co., I understood that I wasn't alone to received such a service.
I am senior(73) and living just on modest pension; it would be pretty hard to pay such amount of
money for unfairly service.  
Usually I come by bus to do volunteer job, but it was such a miserable evening to do it and
especially to look far away for the parking. I am refusing to pay such a ticket from unreasonavle Co.

Extremely annoying and harassing calls which are automated and relentless !! Someone should sue for harassment!

I had an overdue library book with Surrey Public Library. I received a letter from Wiggins, and promptly returned the book and paid my overdue fees. Now the calls started. The books been returned and I don't owe these ass-clowns a thing.

These clowns have been threatening to downgrade my son's credit rating over a $10 unpaid medical bill. My son is 2 years old and, as far as I am aware, not old enough to have a credit rating!

I keep getting damn calls from this stupid company. I didnt pick up and got curious so i called the number back and said to stop calling then they asked for my phone number but i hung up the phone. Could they track me down or could i get in any trouble?

got three calls today from 604-530-8904, call display shows it a company call wiggins adjustments service, or what ever, based out of Langley BC.

called 604-530-0211 left message, demeaned stop calling, remove number, threatened to talk to police as this is harassment, as well as  any further communication done by mail, and to prove, that i owe what they claim i owe, as per rules that govern collection agencies in canada.
call back on monday and see if i can get someone real.

FYI, as per rules that gover legit collection agencys in canada,
"Once requested, demanded to provide, {such requests/demands can be made via phone or mail contact}the collection agency must,
give, copies of the ACTUAL/ORIGINAL bill, as well the agency must also stop any/all contact until such proff has been given, as well, any further contact by such agency that is not done thru mail, is grounds for complaints to the police on grounds of harassment."

FURTHER

"ACTUAL LEGITIMATE PROOF, must be provided upon request/demand that teh collection company has a right to collect such debt"
this is basic contract law.

"At MINIMUM, some account statements from teh original collector must be provided, e.g. when was this debt incurred, how much, how was debt calculated, whats fees/interest and so on, how are these fee's determind"

the above are stipulations handed down by actual law courts in canada.

"Copies of the ORIGINAL SIGNED DOCUMENTS, OR OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION MUST BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST/DEMAND"

IF the debt collection co fails in one or more of the above listed rules they have no right/claim, and any such further action by the collection company in a effort to recover a unproven debt, is grounds for harassment charges/legal action against said company.

After receiving phone calls from them everyday for many months (probably a year already),  finally we got a mail from them stating that our company owe some parking tickets to diamond parking.  After checking the license plat numbers,  we wrote a letter to them saying we do not owe those parking tickets and would like to go to court to dispute.

But after then,  they still keep calling us everyday..... so sounds like it will never end.

Put the rington of their numbers as "Vibrate", and change the name of the caller as "Spam" and save in your contact.

Then the rest of things you need to do is to ignore

My number is 604-778-438-2450 my name is Ursula Stevens as well is getting harassing phone calls from this clown outfit but I have there number recorded and also Delta Cable is keeping track on this company.I swear they get off under there desk they used to get beat as kids there the ones that never made it in this future.Make your way through life been miserable I talked a pissed off clerk and she is very unprofessional said awe yea this is the right nu mber I told her to phone Delta Cable to find out who owns this number she laughed and now calls coming in every 5 minuiets some peoples children but by Friday they will get a call

we have been getting these calls for sometime now and we are very annoyed as the person they ask for we have never heard of if there is anyway you can stop these calls we will be very thankful
