Got a call at 8:48AM. I did not pick as the number was not recognized. They left a voicemail which was just the sound of a bunch of papers shuffled.

Same nonsense as reported by others.
 
If you want to block their calls, pick up an inexpensive Panasonic wireless phone. I've been using mine, a KX-TGA641, for about a year now. Works fine. Shortly after I add my block, I stop receiving attempts from the caller.
 
I suspect their systems identify the block and remove your number. Disclaimer: I have no connection whatsoever with Panasonic.

Answered twice, magazine sales.  Ring today was at 8:25am.   So now I use the 'Panasonic-blocker'.  Local Tel.Co. will only block local calls.

Rang in SF, 2:30PM -- another one for the block list.

Called the 805 this morning

this number rang just a few minuets ago on my cell cell phone.  I did not answer. They did not leave a
message.

Called me at 1pm on 12/7. Did not answer and no message was left. This is the 3rd time this number has called. Filled a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

I got several calls from (606) 833-0105 - No message left and when I called the number back it is always busy.

This is a legitimate business caling on behalf of a company that someone at your number has done business with. They are not violating any Do-Not-Call regulations. Simply answer the phone or return the call. If you call 1-606-833-0105 and listen to the prerecorded message, you will have the option to request being placed on their no-call list. Furthermore, if you truly do not want to receive such calls, stop giving out your phone number!
