this number has called me everyday for 2 weeks i run to the phone and they hang. up i called 5 x and asked to be put on their don not call list. doesnt happen. this time i yelled and swore into phone.i will be reporting them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They called my work number extension and left no message. I called them back and there was a message saying I've reached Lester Marketing. If you listen through to the end, you can press 2 to remove your number from their calling list. It's supposed to be "removed promptly". I left them my number, so we'll see how prompt they are.

I signed up for a free magazine subscription through Google's Screenwise Panel; perhaps this is why I received a call from this number a few days ago at 9:50am? Otherwise, it's because I've started receiving spam "Parents" magazines and related coupons. I'm not even married, nor do I have children.

I didn't pick up, and they left no voicemail. After reading these comments, I decided to call and ask to be placed on their DNC list. I did so by selecting option #2, and leaving a message stating my number (twice) and mentioning that I did not want to give any other personal information since their database is maintained via phone number, anyway. I also pointed out that I would rather have a relationship regarding my free magazine subscription directly with the client. Hopefully, this works.

A woman called and said she represented ABIA and wanted to know if our President would be attending their conference.  She had the wrong information entirely about our company so I cut her short on the call.  I'm sure she will regroup and try again...

Lester Marketing called our office everyday. I never picked the phone.

Just got a call from this number which has called before and some time lapses and then they start calling again.

Lester does not check the Do Not Call list, and you do not need to re-register every 5 years.  The DNC list is a one time registration, that Lester is in violation off.  Telling the caller does nothing but tell them that it is an active number and when someone is home.

Received calls from this number.  No messages left.  Comes up Kentucky on caller id.  Annoying and harassing.  Going to notify authorities.  Am on DO NOT CALL registry.

Got called on 10/23 and today 10/25. Shows only KENTUCKY on caller ID and no message is ever left. I never answer. Jerks.

Phone calls from this company are a scam -- don't answer, and report them ASAP

ASKED TO HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER REMOVE WHEN THEY CONTACTED ME A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. WELL THEY CALL ME TODAY, I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO CASSANDRA BEACH, SHE CLAIMS SHE WILL HAVE MY # REMOVED AND SHE HUNG UP. THATS WHAT THEY SAID THE LAST TIME.

On my Android phone, I can block any calls I choose. You can also call your provider + have them "trap" any calls coming from this # as harassment/unwanted calls, and since it's from the US, you can have them prosecuted as well..

Received a few calls from this number and no messages left.  Very annoying and harassing.  Going to notify authorities about this problem.  Comes up Kentucky on caller id.

I appreciate everything you said regarding how nice your company is to you.  That's really great.  However, as someone who has to receive telemarketing calls, it would be nice if you or your colleague calling would at least come on the line and speak when answered.  So many times, I must wait several seconds before someone comes on the line to acknowledge my answer.  Further, if I don't answer and you get a voicemail, kindly leave a detailed message with a callback number.  Anything less is annoying and disrespectful to me.

I suppose it would be kind to say that 99% of telemarketing calls are handled professionally.  However, in my experience, and the experience of so many others, nearly 100% of calls are not acknowledged when I answer, and the caller never leaves a message.  All I get is an untraceable number and a mystery.  So I think 99% are indeed handled unprofessionally.

Please do what you can to clean up your industry.
