Same story as all of the above.  My husband got the call right after we switched cell phone service to another company.  We are on the do not call registry as well.  This company is violating the DNC rules and should be fined for each call they make to a DNC number.  Please notify the DNC registry of this violation.

Same deal, transferred cell from AT&T to Verizon a few days ago, and this number shows up repeatedly. I answered it, they assured me it was a survey not a marketing call, and asked if we had indeed transferred cell phone service recently.  when I said yes, that ended it.  she was not at all interested in why.   Number was 615-866-7224.  
Looks to me from above comments that AT&T is the only common thread.

Annoying mealtime phone call, supposedly from a market survey group on behalf of AT&T.  Now don't you think AT&T could afford to give them a number that is identified as AT&T when conducting AT&T market "research" ????????

Call 800.420.9366.  It gets you through to their corporate headquarters and they will register you on THEIR do not call list.

Got a call today on my cell phone, from 615-886-7224 at 18:27. No one was
on line when answered. It showed up on caller id as NO NAME,  then the
phone number.

our daughter just graduated and has a new job in TN about 12 hours drive from us. when we were out this unk TN# shows up at home and my att cell isnt working after i had only upgraded it two days ago at Best Buy.
this is criminal! the fear that something had happened to my daughter was unbelieveable. Pictures of her lying on a roadside or in a hospital raced through my mind.  i think whoever does this should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.  I am emailing all my govt representatives bc the least if a business by law can contact you up to 18 months, they must be made to leave a message identifying the reason for this SELFISH, INCONSIDERATE,and intrusive action. IN the Declaration of Independence, we have the right to the pursuit of happiness and no invasion of privacy. THESE COMPANIES or SURVEY PEOPLE have invaded my home and certainly disrupted my pursuit of happpiness.
AGAIN CALL YOUR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS. THey are crossing state borders and MUST BE STOPPED.

Got a call from 615-886-7224 the caller id said Flake W. I believe it was a complete flake. Nobody was on the line when I answered it. I called back it picked up and no one was there.

I used to work for Flake-Wilkerson and all I can tell you is that all we did was conducted surveys.  They have a contract with AT&T and if you contacted AT&T with something (repairs, inquiry, even to pay a bill) AT&T sent Flake the phone number to call back with a follow-up survey.  If it was done on a cell phone, Flake has no way of knowing that until they call for the survey.  If the interviewer finds out that they called a cell phone, they are supposed to get a land line to call on since Flake is not allow to call cell phones. They NEVER sell anything and they can not change anything since they don't work directly for AT&T.  If you look it up, they are exempt from the Do Not Call list since all they are doing is conducting surveys and not trying to sell anything.  So instead of coming on here and complaining about stuff, how about you actually answering the call to see what it was about and if you don't want to do the survey, just let them know and they won't call you back for that survey.  That won't stop them from calling you back with another survey so if you don't want them to call you back, ask politely for a supervisor after they do their introduction and ask the supervisor politely to be put on the Do Not Call List and you'll never hear from them again.

RECEIVED TWO CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER THIS EVENING.  DIDN'T ANSWER EITHER ONE
OF THEM.  I GOOGLED THE NUMBER AND FOUND OUT THE AREA CODE WAS FROM TENNESSEE.
I AM ON A "NO CALL LIST".  I GUESS NOT ANY MORE.  VERY ANNOYING ESPECIALLY SINCE I JUST HAD TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT FOUR DAYS AGO AND I HAD JUST DOZED OFF,
ONLY TO BE AWAKENED BY A NUMBER NOT KNOWN TO ME.

I Didnt answer when i received the call. However, i did call them back using *67 to block my number and it went to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned being a survey company. And that they will call back again. I would refrain from answering these calls, just in case they charge to your bill differently.

I am receiving numerous calls everyday from this 615 number, sometimes late at night. Very recently I switched my cell phone from AT&T to Verizon, So there is a connection as stated by Joseph on Dec 20, 2007. I will not anwser it and am tired of these annoying calls. I believe it is a survey. You might be able to go on the AT&T website and request to have these calls stopped.

EVER SINCE I GOT AT&T IVE BEEN GETTING THESE RANDOM PHONE CALLS IVE BEEN THROUGH 6 CELL PHONES THIS MONTH AND THEY KEEP FINDING ME... THEY JUST KEEP CALLING AT ALL SORTS OF HOURS, THEY CALLED ME FIVE TIMES TODAY ALSO USING THE NUMBER 702-208-2102...THEY LEFT ME ONLY ONE MESSAGE WHERE THEY SAID MY NAME AND THEN THEY HUNG UP .. LIKE COME ONE ... STOP CALLING ME !!!!!!!!!!!

I received a really weird call speaking of my AT&T account however it was not on my cell, very weird I find it pissy that my information has been sold.

I called this number, politely told them that I was getting several calls early in the morning from their company and asked if I could be added to a do-not-call list.  The lady answering was sympathetic and took care of it quickly.
