Called #.  Person verrrry rude.  Refused to tell me who they were unless I would tell him my number.

Same thing -- I just got a call on my cell-phone from them this is the third one in as many weeks -- first they called and when I said I was on my cell phone they said they'd have to call back as they thought they'd gotten a land line. Second time, they called and hung up, the third time, the asked me if I was the one responsible for cancelling the service and how long ago and then ended the survey.

If this is AT&T's way of trying to entice me back to a service I no longer need, they fail.

They call me repeatedly, and then simply hang up once i answer.  Yes there is an existing business relationship exception to the law, but the law has been revised to require express consent.  Moreover, companies are restricted from dropping calls (like they have done in my case).  I believe dropped calls may not exceed 3% of total calls.

I got a call twice, (one on Saturday) saying they are conducting a service through At&t. I got suspicious b/c it wasn't from a toll free number and they said the survey was going to take 10 minutes, when I asked why they can't email it they said, sorry this is a short term survey so there is no email version, Don't believe them, it is a phony, god knows why they are doing it..

this # keeps calling my new cell phone and i dont know them i want them blocked

I got this unsolicited call many times but never talked to whoever.  It has been coming to my VOIP number which is forward to my cell.  The messages on my VOIP unit said something about fund raising for FOP.  But I can not confirm that.

Got call from them twice today. Did not answer either time since I wanted to look up number on web before answering. Glad I did not answer. Switched from AT&T on June 04 2010 to Sprint since I wanted new HT EVO phone. Was final billed automatically on June 19 2010. Guess they wait to start questioning you till after your final bill.

Same just happened to me. I just returned a phone to AT&T that I didn't want because of poor service. I assumed it would be a surveyor, turns out according to this message board that I was right.

Another call from this number, I missed the call and there was no message left on my voice mail, as in the past. I AM on the DNC list. ID only showed the call was from Tennessee.

Got the same number calling me.  Glad I missed it.  CHanged servcie from ATT to Sprint to get the HTC EVO.  I love it!  After ATT & Walmart teased me with the sale on iPhone prior to the release of iPhone4, I decided to stimulate the economy by going to another carrier.

I just canceled my service with AT&T (formerly Cingular) and I immediately started receiving calls from this number every day.  They never left a voicemail either.  What a coincidence that everyone that cancels AT&T starts getting calls from this number.  I'm going to tell them to stop calling

Same here, just got a call today.  I recently switched from ATT to Sprint.  Didn't answer, just came and found this site.

This number has appered on my caller ID at least one a day for the last week.  Dose not leave any
message, just annoying calls........

They keep hanging up

Have been getting calls on a regular basis from this number. Unlike most of the other posters we are current at&t customers and have not had any real problems with our service and are generally happy with at&t. So I am not sure why we are getting the calls. Answer and they hang up. really annoying.

Just received call from 615-886-7224 Recently switched my phone # from AT&T to T-Mobile (Iphone) I answer call and a young lady says "sorry wrong number." and then hangs up.

I just switched to Verizon from AT&T and had my number ported to my new cell phone.  I didn't answer the phone since I didn't recognize the number.

I got two calls from this number.  Who is this?  They don't leave a message.
