Our phone number was put on the Do Not Call list in 2011 and is never given out to anyone we don't do business with, so either someone is cold calling, or someone we do business with is selling our information.- Caller: CREDIT CARDS

This Number (616-613-2220) is trying to made it through my Telephone-Firewall. Not going to happen. All stays quiet and the
phones do not ring. I have all but beaten the Telemarketers, and if you're interested how read on...
-NoMoCallz-Fm-Scammers (2013)...
I have been fighting these Telemarketers, Scammers and Spammers for about a year. You can benefit from my Research into this
"Political Survery" and subsequent "Free Cruise" Scammer by noting the following:
Get yourself a "Digitone Call Blocker". It plugs in between the Wall Jack and ALL of your home phones that you might own.
Block "Out of Area", "Private", "Anonymous" and other OPX-Type-Calls.
And............. Blacklisting!!!! This is way Cool !
616-###-####
That is right, don't know anyone in this Area Code? Block the ENTIRE AREA CODE out. No more calls at 6:00am to wake up your
family. Blacklisted numbers never make it out this device, and onto your home phones (however many you may have).
Stores up to *80* Blacklisted Numbers, but as I said, you can conserve your Blacklist by Opting to Block on the entire Area
Code!!
Blacklisting an ENTIRE Area Code *CAN BE DONE in MINUTES*, with no further programming EVER!!!
Take That Scammers !!!
PS: Cellphone Getting Calls? *BOTH* AT&T and Verizon (if the Scammer is trying your Cellphone) have Call-Blocking Features.
AT&T is the Best, as they allow you to store up to 30 "Blocked Callers". AT&T's Service is called "Smart Limits For Wireless"
and makes a perfect Scam/Spam Firewall. At Stated elsewhere, Verizon has one but it does delete itself every couple of months.
-NoMoCallz-Fm-Scammers - jimannoying credit card message - how to stop them???
- JamesThese people called saying that they were from card services and when I asked them who they represent they said MASTERCARD and VISA. And they said according to my history I was eligible for a reduced interest rate. I again asked them which card company they hung up on me. SCAAAAMMMM!!!!
- Caller: card services
- AnnoyedBank Card Services with a MI area code - not going to answer this one ever.

- BA replies to SJI was having the same problem. I solved it by adding it to my contacts and will add any future numbers they spoof. I set the ring to silent. Makes these calls less of a nuisance. I have "telemarketer 1" full so started a "telemarketer 2" ... I do the same with political & "charity" calls. Give them a designation and keep adding the numbers until that particular contact is full. All of them are set for "silent" on the loudness of the ring tone.
It doesn't take long to do and by giving them a general classification (card services, political, telemarketer, etc), I know later when I see I've missed a call which category of call came in. - BAOne improvement...the robocall no longer gives a human name to the voice. Added them to my "card services" entry on my cell so that number no longer causes the phone to ring...just set the ring to silent for that category. :)

- MikeThey have called us for a couple years now, and I finally had it with them. The rep told me that I could get a rate reduction on my credit card interest rates if I had more than $3000 dollars in credit card debt. He asked if I did, and I said no. I asked him if he had my phone number handy on his end, when he said yes I sternly told him to put me on their do not call list immediately, and to never call me again. Who knows if it will do any good, but I felt better about it.
Don't ever ever EVER give anyone your credit card information. This is a scam, and you will end up with bogus charges, fees, and who knows what else. It's too bad so many people fall for these scams as that's what keeps these crooks in business.- Caller: Bank Card Srvcs

- jackcCaller ID said call was from Bank Card Services. I am on Do Not Call List, but I still get the calls, as a lot of other people are reporting. I hope more sites like "who calls me" crop up so people can fight back against these scumbags. Such as these Debt Collectors who call you for no legitimate reason. I know they are just calling random numbers because they can use the automated callers. When I get one of these calls, I immediately call them back and just hit the pound button repeatedly, just to return the annoyance favor to them. But if their number could be reported to a group of people and everyone would call their number, just bombard them with calls, it might be more effective.
