If they did not read you the last four numbers to verify the credit card or if they give the wrong numbers intentionally then it is probably scammer trying to get you to give them your last four numbers of your card so they can steal your money...DO NOT GIVE THE NUMBERS OUT !!!!! I have received these calls as well and called the telephone number back.I have not ordered anything over the internet and so this is probably a scam to get your last four numbers and info from you. ...That is all they will need to process your cards for any purchases they want to make. This is part of ID theft!!!

I received a call from 616-980-1151 twice, but they left a message as I could not answer.  I want them stopped.  They sound like a scammer.

Getting calls from this number.  Refusing to answer and they leave no messages.

I didn't take the several calls that came to my work phone until after I read this site.  When I took the call I informed the gentleman that he needed to chat with me long enough to trace the call and send the police to his location.  He said "why" and I told him that he was a fraud, click....

They have called me three times today with no message left on my machine.... After reading ecerything above I definately will nto be answering any calls and am telling my husband to do the same... Thanks Everyone for the heads up!!

happened to me as well. also called back and got the automated voice. this is weird indeed. needs to be shut down. asap.

I keep getting a call fron this number which i don't know.

After this number calling me SIX times this afternoon I told them I was reporting them.  They say they are Vista Services and they had the last 4 digits of one of my credits cards.  I asked if MC had given them my acct # and they said "oh no".  I called the number back and I got a recording saying they were trying to reach me to verify shipment of my order.  My order?  Any way....I called MasterCard and they cancelled that card and are sending me a new one.  I would advise everyone to do this as it is a "fishing expedition".  BEWARE!  Do not give them any info.

They've been calling me too! I don't ever answer numbers that I don't know, so I didn't answer but after reading all of these... PLEASE add me to the list!!

The calling started on march 22, 2010 on monday. I have  been called about 6 times by this number and I have not picked up the phone. Who is calling me!!!!!!!

I ignored this caller all day because i dont know anyone in mighigan. i finnaly pick up the phone because they call me after 9 pm. and its a man reading me off MY credit card number! saying im getting some gas coupons in the mail. i asked who he was, who is is with, why does he have my info. he just kept saying you are the owner of this credit card correct? and i said what was this all about and that i dont want anything, he woulndt tell me anymore, but so angery this man calling me has my credit card number, great, now what do i do? should i cancel my card?

Received 6 calls in today starting at 9:00 a.m this morning and never left a message. I did not call back but sure concerned based on the information here.

I have been getting this call on my house line about 10 times every day for the past week.  They don't leave a message and I don't answer the phone.  The caller id says Internet Orders but I order from companies that I actually know.

So glad this is up on the web. I've received 3 calls from this number in the last 24 hours with no message. I get an automated response when i call back regarding an order confirmation (that I never made). I'll block the number. Thank you all for posting.

I starting receiving multiple phone calls from both 517-933-2016 and 616-980-1151 which are one in the same! They are both scum sucking, lying, money thieving, scammers. They got my information when I fell for the ad to work from home while doing advertisng for "google" and make easy side money. I think they went by google easy street and eight other names. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH bullsh%t! Basically I was to pay $1.95 for shipping to receive an "at home kit" to get you started. I never received it in the mail. I was however rewarded three days later with a $129.95 debit card deduction. Slimmy bast#rds! I know, I know, my fault for giving them my bank card info for the $1.95 but my new year's resolution was to not use my charge cards anymore! :) I cancelled my debit card and re-ordered a new one which they can't put their filthy hands on, nah,nah, nah boo boo! I disputed the charge and after 2 rebutals, I WON! Yes! I learned my freakin' lesson!
These people are like talking to a brick wall and love to get into fights. There is no reason to try and reason with stupid people because we all know you can't fix stupid!
Just click answer and then hang up! Or ignore and hope they give up!
I just blocked them from my phone. I hope that will get rid of the low-life a$$bags!

P.S. Do harrassment laws apply to phone calls?

constant calls invasion of privacy and disturbing the peace charges need to be filed at state and federa; levels they are thieves simply criminals who thumb their noses at the law and decent folks. my solution is one round.

Why are there so many annoying calls.  Just want them stopped.

I'm having the same deal as all of you.. But I do want to say this.... God, I love this site. I love being able to enter in the phone number and find out all of this info you all talk about.. So, thank you for doing that!! :)

I received numerous calls from this #  one day and a different number the day before. Both "offering" free gas vouchers because I'm a valid customer. The first call eventually asked for the first numbers of my credit card since they only had the last four digits. Obviously I said NO! Cancelled our credit cards anyway and then I get another call the next day from a different person regarding the same thing. Who are these people and I want to know who is supplying them with my information.
