Started receiving calls from this number  week ago, couple times a day.

these people call me all day every day... about an order. what do I do?

They call my cell and land phone.  I do not answer, but they never leave a message.  I'm on the do not call list.

Calling me all most every hour on the hour.  Been going on for weeks.  Do not answer it because i do not know the number.  I am also on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.  Getting tired of this going the have number change.  They leave no messages.  Wish they would stop.

I received a call from this company this afternoon and did not answer.  When I called the number back, it went into the same recorded message everyone else reported, supposedly calling to confirm an order.  I had not placed an order recently so this concerned me.  I googled the number and found this site, thankfully.  I called back again, left a message, and tried calling a third time.  The third time, I was able to get the 866-217-6866 number to speak to a representative. This number resulted in a fast-busy signal.

When the called back about 2 hours later, I was prepared and quickly answered the phone.  "Shawn" said that he was calling from Vista Financial and I had been reported to them as a preferred customer by one of their "partners" that I had apparently purchased something from using my Visa card.  I qualified for $120 in gas vouchers and I could use them anywhere.  When I told him that I don't have a Visa card, I had not purchased anything recently, and that I do not have a car, he said, "Oh" and hung up.  I have notified my bank of the scam attempt and will monitor my cards for any activity.

I am thankful that I was able to find this website and prepare myself for their call.  Thank you for your posts.

They call wanting to give you "free gas vouchers" and then ask if the following numbers are the last digits on your credit card. After looking this number up on the internet we learned that they are charging peoples credit card with bogus charges. This is a scam that should be stopped.

They are calling me a lot in the last few days. I never answer a call from a number that I do not recognize. When I called back there was a voicemail regarding something about a recent order. I only order from Amazon.com, and I do not have anything pending so they need to stop calling me and just send whatever it is that they think I bought.

I just got a call from them.  I've been avoiding this number several times a day for a week now.  I finally answered and it was 'John from Vista Services'...said that I have won a gas card for $120 to be used within the next year anywhere in the United States.  He was verifying the last 4 digits on my card!!  I then asked him about his company and he said that I'd recently made a purchase online and I was entitled to the gas card.  When I said "who did I make a purchase from"  the line went blank.  It scares me that they have my card #....I'll be doing somthing about this!

p.s.  I should mention that I made 2 purchases recently on the same day and that's when these calls started.  They are Boomersintheknow.com and StoneyMountainFarm.com...it had to be either one of these two.  I'm leaning towards Boomersintheknow.com as leaking out personal information because the other is a small farm in North Carolina committed to keeping the earth green.  I don't know.

I recently reported being contacted by this number.  I have researched the area and it is coming from a Grand Rapids, MI area code.  Maybe we can put a stop to the harassment and scams if we all contact the BBB of Western Michigan.

They Called 11 times since the 18th.
SCAM - don't bother answering.

They can get the last 4 digits of your credit card relatively easily.  They can't do anything until you give them the rest.

Don't answer the calls from this number.

This number calls me up to 8 times a day up until 9pm or later. Stop calling me!!!!!!!

i got a call from this number they have called 5 times in the last 30 mins  , first few times i did not answer let my cell phone voice mail pick it up  they  didnt leave any messege , the last time i answered it they hung up i called the number back got a recording telling me this number is not in service . i am so sick and tired of idiots like this who have nothing better to do then to annoy people .

I have been hounded with phone calls from this phone # out of Michigan for the last two days.
Caller ID always says Internet Orders.  I finally picked up the handset and placed it back
down immediately.  I called the FBI and they recommended reporting it to my phone company
and blocking the number.  I will do that during business hours tomorrow.   There is a website     www.IC3.gov   where you can file complaints about internet crimes.

I am not kidding folks, 15 calls from this # on Tuesday! I have it blocked on my cell phone. This is insane!

This number is at it again.  Call, but doesn't leave message.  Can't this number be shut down?

tarted receiving calls yesterday.  I remember thinking, "who is calling me from Michigan?"  When I answered, they hung up.  About 20 minutes later, they called back.  When I answered, I could barely hear them because of all the background noise.  I asked who they where several times, but couldn't understand.  They said that because of a recent credit card purchase and because I was such a good customer, I was being awarded a $200 gas card for free.  I just had to pay $2.95 in shipping and handling.  Also they were sending me info on something else.  If I wanted what was in the mail, then I would be charged a certain amount every month.  If I did not, then I could still keep the gas card for free.  The asked if I still lived in my city and state and if my credit card ended in XXXX.  When I said yes then they asked if it was okay to charge the $2.95.  I said no and hung up.  The next day, I called the number on my caller ID and got a recording that they were waiting for confirmation.  I pressed a number to get on the do not call list.  I also called the 866-217-6866 and it was busy.  Five minutes later I received a call from them.  When I informed them that I asked not to be called, the person said that they didn't receive that information and were sorry.  I hung up.  I called my credit card company immediately.  I set up alerts to send me emails when any charges are posted.  However, I don't think they have my whole credit card number.  Based on what I've read, they ask you to confirm your credit card and I never did that.  But I will be keeping an eye out for any suspicious charges.   Do not answer this call.

got a call at 7:34MST from 616-980-1150 but no message left.  looked up the address, white pages says Grand Rapids, MI.  this is the first time it called me.  i too order quite a bit of stuff online so i am really worried now.  i will wait to see if they call again and pick up next time.

This number keeps calling me several times a day.  Never leaving a message. I will not answer my phone when they call.  Bt I am reading a lot of bad things about this calls and credit cards.  It needs to have a  stop but on these people.
