Caller ID shows "CCSoffices.com"  Call about 3 times a week.  Now on call blocker.

Please block this number. They calling different times and never leave any message.

they are real, you need to get real,, banks and insurance co.'s will call a couple times , but when the debt is over 60 or 90 days they turn it over to private collection agencies,, STANDARD PROCEDURE ,,,,

I have geico and am very much up to date with payments.....they are definitely looking for easy targets to scam cash from.....i am on auto payment so i am absolutely paid up to date. No doubt my comp sold my info for profit but screw em!!!

It's a real company that is hired by a big name company with multiple subsidiaries, I would call whatever insurance company that they are calling from directly, as most of the time it can be dealt with over the phone. They are legit, and are trying to collect a debt. If you care about your credit, and feel that they are fishy, call your old insurance provider. Their billing department should be able to clear things up.

may be related to very old progressive auto insurance debt under a hundred bucks. i think it will expire in a year, so good luck with that. must be crunch time.

Fake company calling to collect a debt that doesn't exist

They are not fake.  I owe Geico $138.28 and that's what they are calling about.

Seriously. Use your head. You never signed any contract with any insurance company stating you had to pay any amount of money. If you don't pay your policy premiums then your insurance is cancelled. That's the end of your agreement. You're not "required" to pay that company ANYTHING. If I sign up for a 1 year policy with Geico and 3 months later I find a better rate with All State I owe Geico nothing, not even phone call if I don't feel like it. If you are here posting that this isn't a scam and you need to contact the company then you're either a gullible idiot who is looking to be scammed out of their hard earned money, or you're a shill posting for this [***] CCS company.

Keeps calling me but never leaves message. If I don't know number I don't answer.

Called to collect a debt with an insurance company I have never been apart of. I have had state farm for over 12 years and never gotten a Quote from Geico. Adding this number to the block list as I called state farm and they state my account is current. I even called Geico billing and asked if I owe them anything and they said I am not in their system. BEWARE. Will file complaint with MA Atty General.

I see many postings that this is a fake collection agency.  They are NOT fake.  They are an internal collection agency for Allstate and all of Allstate's other Insurance companies (like Geico)  Allstate changed my insurance policy and inadvertently left the original policy open.  When I didn't pay the incorrect bill they sent it to their internal collections (that just looks like an external collection agency).  When I told them what was going on they were polite and suggested I follow up with my Allstate agent to make sure they send an electronic update.  No pressure to pay.  A fake collector would get pushy.  

A word of caution, just because you don't owe something, doesn't mean you don't need to answer or investigate when a collector calls.  Mistakes are annoying to deal with but it is much better to deal with it now than have it wind up on your credit report later.  Once it is there, it is really hard to get off!
