I have received several calls from this number...I see it on my caller id ergo I don't answer...they leave no message The calls vary from early afternoon to late in the evening...it is annoying and they need to be stopped

Called at 10:45 AM on 11-13-08 and left no message.

we recieve calls from this # far too often. sometimes the caller id says "kantor ops" but some times the id says "millward brown." i never answer these calls and i do wish that they would stop!!

The person stated it would be a brief survey--lasted 27 minutes.  The woman was apologitic.  I told her I would not have answered had I known it would take so long; I was on the registry for no calls.  She side they were not selling anything, that surveys could call!  Give me a break!!  We should not be hasseled by telephone calls such as this!

He was Asian, I told him not to call again but he now calls all the time but never speaks.

Same thing as everyone else. It seems as if telemarketing is on the rise again. I am on a do not call list. But my number is a business number, so I guess I am stuck with these junk calls

Several months ago I registered my phone number under the "Do Not Call List"
This afternoon "Saturday November 22nd" at 2:35pm my phone ringed and the caller ID showed it was "Kantar OPS" and the number (603)505-3008 So, I
answered it and it was some guy doing a sirvey about something so, I just hung up. I am really bothered by the Telemarketer Sioliters.

If you can be of any assistance to me on these type of calls, any and all of your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and helpfulness.

Caller ID said Millard Brown

They asked to talk to the "female of the household"
I said "she is not home." they asked when a good time to contact her would be.

I said "NEVER"

Same story...I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.  They started calling about 2 weeks ago.  Every couple of days, at different hours, I'll have a blank message on the machine.  How do you report it?

I keep receiving calls on my cell phone from this number. I answer, but no one on the other end responds, and it registers as a missed call. Every night around 8 pm (PST) these calls come! Make them STOP!!!!!

It's from some outfit called Kantar Ops.  I looked them up on the internet and sent them an email telling them not to call me anymore or I'd contact my state's AG office.  When I answered the phone and asked them to take me off their list they tried to tell me "we don't have a list."  Oh, so how did you get my phone number and call it 2-3 times a week?

Well, I emailed them and I've pasted in below the response I got the next day.  Hopefully it'll work.  If not, I've got this guy's phone number.  I'll just put it on re-dial and call him every couple of days!

Annoying calls, saying nothing, only silence.

Keep getting calls from this number. I won't let this go until I get them stopped.
