I noticed this number on my husbands cell phone a lot and now it all makes sense!  It is Citibank!  My hubby takes care of all the bills but now I'm worried we are behind on our mortgage!  I hope not!  Where does all our money go?

Got a call this morning.  She said it was about my Citi Mortgage & wanted to know when I was going to make a payment.  Today is the 2nd; my payment is due the 1st with and additional 14 days grace period.  I have never been late.  She tried to get me to make a payment by phone.  No way!  I said I would go to the Citi website & she said they charge $10.00.  I've done it before & no charge.  Really suspicious so I decided to check the number here.  I know it's from around St Peters MO because I have relatives in that area with the same area code (636).  Caller kept apologizing for calling on the 2nd- that made me more suspicious.  What debt collector apologizes?  And so frequently!

My mother said they called twice today (Tuesday) asking for me, and when she asked who it was and why they were calling, all they said was "It's Peter and I'll call her back later." and hung up.

I recieved a call from 636-261-8830 from a woman named Rhonda, they left a message on my cell phone of all things saying they needed to talk to me about my account with citimortgage. I don't have a mortgage. extremely irritating and when i called back i got the answering machine saying she wouldn't be in the office for a couple days.

They need to stop calling..

SCAM!!! They want your FULL SSN, they want you're identity!!!

That is indeed Citimortgage that gives full access of their American customers to people from the Philippines where their collection dept, is.  What is wrong with these companies? aren't we have enough people here to do the  jobs, did they have to give our SSN and all our info to those people? which turn around sale our info to people from that country and the buyer resale our names and info to every crazy countries in this planet because they have no laws that can stop them to do so.  All for more money for the CEO.

I literally get calls from this number about 4 times a day, every day and its been going on since february at least. I'm 20 years old and at college, seriously?

I get them every day. they dont leave a message, and awhen I pickup they hang up. Collectors? Hackets? Scammers?

For the past three days, last week, and every week before that, someone from 6362612484 has called. The rep even asked for social security number. I have no mortgage with CitiBank. The rep must know about  the CitiBank student loan but the calls were coming long before graduation. They were constantly told that the student loan was not to be repaid yet.Yet, the calls keep coming in. The last three calls were on June 5, a Sunday, June 6 afternoon and tonight June 7 after 8.

The reps have an East Indian accent  or dialect. They ask for my child, but when I get another call, I will report the number. CitiBank has been called numerous times about the harrassing calls. I really don't think the calls are from Citibank. It knows that the loan is not to be paid yet.

I get calls from this number about once a month. I screen my calls on my cell phone so I have no clue why they are calling me. I am 21 years old and have no mortgage.

Read this it will help. If you in fact don't have a debt with them and they don't stop calling you can sue them according to current laws.

I've been receiving calls daily depiste not having an account with CitiMortgage. I have called CM repeatedly to ask them to stop calling. At first, I called sporadically but then started daily... today was the 7th day in a row that I called!  Everyone I spoke with mentioned that he was noting the wrong number it in the account holder's file and some even said that was all it would take, BUT until today, no one told me that to actually get the calls to stop you must:

FAX A CEASE & DESIST LETTER TO 866 675 5772
make sure to include the phone number CM is calling and the name of the person CM is trying to reach and that that person doesn't belong to your number.

I have started to receive calls from this number everyday, this week. When I answer the call it is dead silence, no one says anything then the call ends. I have called the number back and the message is giving an 800 number for a Citi Mortgage Account. Never done business with them.

you are such a racist person! why pinpoint a particular country which culture you may not even know about? i really feel bad for you.

I don't have any mortgages or accounts (and never have) with this vendor and just received a call on my work phone.  They did not leave a message.
