They are only a collection agency that is correct.They can not do anything to you. The best thing to do is not to answer the phone or answer it and hang up. If they call back again they are breaking the law. You can report them and they will get finded. Dont worry about them their ignorant people that will say anything and everything to collect money owed.

How about 8 times today so far!  Let my answering machine get it and they get notified this number has been disconnected. Yet they still call every day many times a day. Dumb [***]

I know these people aren't a SCAM but they are SCUM.  They will try anything.

Here's the scoop for me.  We don't answer calls on our phone from those we do not know, in fact, all ringers are turned off on all phones.  Now, if they want to leave a message on my answering machine, that's good, we may consider calling them back.  However, all calls from all people we do not know are AUTOMATICALLY blocked, but we do get a report of all people who attempted to call us.

We received a call from a relative that a certain person was trying to get in touch with us.  We called this person back and I point blank told them do not call friends, family, relatives or neighbors at all, you do, you will find yourself on the wrong end of the deal.  They informed me had given this relative's number has a reference; nope, never did, in fact, this particular relative I didn't even know their phone number.

Spoke with an individual who wanted to settle an account at 50 percent of amount.  Told him in no uncertain terms this would not be possible but I did make a counter offer.  They refused it.  They eventually called back with a variation of the same half off and I told them it was still not possible and I countered with my same offer.  Eventually they called in a big gun who tried to intimidate me into taking their offer and got mad at me when I refused to buckle.  I was called a liar and believe it or not, they hung up on me!

I received a letter in the mail months afterwards with the same exact offer.  I wrote them back with my offer of several months back with a twist as things had changed.  I also told them NOT to contact me via phone, do not call relatives, friends, neighbors, etc., as they know how to get in touch with me; via mail.

Today they have called 8 times yesterday. In the past 7 days they have called 45 times!  They don't listen, they don't get the message and they love to harass.  I know they got my mail and I know they read it, yet they continue to call.  So, no they aren't scammers, they are just pure 100 percent SCUM!

Today they have called 13 times and it's just 2pm!

They keep calling my son asking for a John my son tells them he is not John and they still call

They are calling our number but do not leave messages - usually call once a day.  We do not owe anyone and I have not called the number back, but I have filed complaints each time they call to the Do Not Call Registry (not that it's doing any good - ha.)

Got this call and the person would not say what the IMPORTANT file on his desk is about but wanted me to give him my address. I refused and he hung up but i was amazed how he insisted on me giving my address before he told me why he was calling.

they called my parents house and asked for my wifes sister!  No idea how they got my parents number associated with her.  My parents don't even KNOW her! The same company called my wifes grandma for my brother in law.  Again, no connection.  Pretty strange!

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago.  I did not pick up to answer and there was no message left.  Caller ID shows "Missouri" and the number

can someone do anything? Its harrassment

i have been harrassed by this caller and the women is trying to track me down and harrassing my mother and brother by calling them and how they got their  number in another city I dont know but i wanted to report her and the womans name is jaclyn smith with client services at 636 9472321

called and left a message on my line yesterday. Client Services. All the woman did was give 25 seconds of silence and then yawned!

I don't owe anyone...they are harrassing me all the time.

They have been calling me numerous times every day. I have caller ID, and I don't answer. I found they have a web site, so I went to their contact page:  http://www.clientservices.com/Contact.aspx and put in an inquiry (I only filled it the required fields, and provided my phone number) and read them the riot act. I told them they're wasting their time, because I'm not going to answer. I also told them I'm not behind on paying anything, and to stop calling me, or I'd report them to the authorities.
We'll see what happens.....

These guys started calling my work blackberry today. At first I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. They kept calling--15 times in the past 2 hours. I googled the number and found this board. The only thing I owe is a timeshare maintenance fee of $225 that my ex and I decided we weren't going to pay anmore because we've been trying to unload the thing for years. So technically, we don't owe any bank, or credit card, anything. I've just typed a letter to them (here they are calling again) telling them to stop harrassing me or I will sue them.

They cannot do anything to you. The only thing that they could possibly do is sue you but that is unlikley because you only owe a small amount of money. I wouldn't worry about it. The best thing to do is to not answer the phone and depending on what state you opened that card in will depend on when it is removed from your credit report. Usally after 90 days of no payment it will get charged off and then its a matter of time before its cleared and you do not have to worry about it anymore.

they called and i google the number  this pop up so i agree sue them for harassment.. they  are spammers
