This number has been calling my wifes cell also, I contacted it from my home phone and actually used *67 to block my cid info, somebody answered and I hung up. They managed to call me back, so evidently they had a way to see my number and I actually work for the company my phone is through and I can't figure out how they got it. They told me the person they were looking for and I told them it wasnt me and they of course said they would remove the number.

they call me and it is annoying! this is the second time and I just tell them the debt was taken care of and it is illegal for them to call me trying to collect on something that is not due.

This number just showed up on my CID and it said "NAVIGATA" as the person calling...NOT ERC.  So who are these people?  Are thy just trying to get people to give them information so they can steal their identities?  You are NEVER asked for your SSN to get account information from AT&T...just your account number and maybe the last 4 of your SSN or your birthdate.  This is the 1st time they have called my house and if they call back I think I'll screw with them a bit.  Tell them I work for AT&T and see what they say.  :D

I got a call from them today. A fairly threatening call. I ask who it is and I'm told something like "Peter Anderson". The guy had a bit of an accent. When I asked what is this concerning, he said "nothing." I asked him again and he said "it's for [my] own good" to talk to him. I just hung up.

These people call me almost every day, when i pick up the phone no one answers. What do they want?

i dont know why but the constantly keep calling my phone , its getting out of hand to me.

We have been receiving calls from 646-383-1472 for awhile. Recently the calls are coming in with the name "Navigata" on caller ID. We have not called this number back.

They called and hung up.  Half hour later, same thing.  I called the number back and they said they were looking for somebody I've never heard of.  I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up.  I did some searching and found the call came from "enhanced recovery corperation", web crawlered it and got this number, (800) 617-0049  My plan is to keep calling them and asking for a name I made up.  He won't be there and I'll tell them I will take the number off my list... then call them again 10 minutes later.  That's what they get for having an 800 number, doesn't cost me to harrass them back.  Maybe if they get enough junk calls from us they will get an updated phone list to work from.

they keep calling me. today i answered and they gave out a ssn and asked if it was mine. said no three times and they just keep asking what mine was. finally just hung up. never said who they were or what they were calling about only asked about ssn weird

These people call me at least once a day, if not more.  We keep trying to get them to quit calling, and of course the calls continue.  Everytime they call, we ask to speak to their manager, and they tell me that they do not understand what I am saying.  Each person that calls seems to have some type of an accent. They will not say what the call is for, and continue to call each day, and sometimes more than once a day.

It's called my cell twice. Everyone else here has AT&T... but I'm not with them.

This number has called my house phone several times.  It comes up as Navigata on caller ID.  I googled Navigata - it is a 'webcall' company.  They have never left a message.  It is very annoying!!!

Isn't there some way to stop this?!  They call me several times a day on my cell phone (which not many people have).  They never leave a message and no one's on the other line, can I block them somehow?

if anyone can help me find these people i would love to put my foot up their fourth point of contact. They are rude, Stupid, Not the kind of people i would like to have living next door to me. and they hung up on me every time i call them. That makes me mad. I have been looking throught the internet for these people. My lawyer is going to have a field day with them. They found my cellphone number illegaly.....Yeah can you tell i'm pissed!!!

I have been recieving calls from Navigata as well. Back in 1996 a so called collections company tried the same att\sbc scam. They even threatened to so me for it. Tell them if they call again you will report them to your states attorny generals office. By the way it is aginst the law to demand a social securty number.
