who is this company? I answer and they hang up but call me several times daily. I have not tried to call them. I read the comments from before I know I do not owe AT&T and as far as I know no collection agency is after me. Just make it stop please.

This is a ridiculous call - no one is ever there....makes me wonder what they are doing.

I've received several calls from this number this week.

This number calls my home daily with two different ID's showing on my
Caller ID.  It's very annoying and someone needs to investigate to find
out where these calls are coming from.

This number calls me and then there is no response when I pick up.  Can't this phone number be deleted from use?????????

I have received calls from this number at least twice a day for the past year even though I continually place my telephone number on the Do Not Call list.  It's obvious that whoever has this number is running a SCAM and doesn't want to be found out ... BEWARE!  Please do something about this.

heavy eastern accent wanted to to talk to me about my finances. wouldn't give any more details to me when I refused to confirm my identity. I called back and spoke to "john" and asked my number be removed...I'm not hopeful they'll follow through

Full Circle Financial, they say (in a recording), when I called back, asking me to leave a message including "reference number."

I have no idea who this is.  As far as I know, I HAVE no collection agency after me.

I've been receiving calls from this number every day at 9:00 am for the past several days.

said his name is aldon smith, and his is with full cicle financial, collection for at&T and has the last 4 digtes of my social

The male caller would not say his name.  He said he is from Full Circl Financial Services.  He begin rambling off an address a mailing address instead of stating why he was calling.  I could hear him typing then I just hung up.

They keep calling my cell and work.  I answered work today and told them to stop calling me here.  I asked for name and address and "Hubert" wanted to know why I wanted that. Told him I planned on sending him notification to stop calling me at work.  I don't even know what debt he is calling about but sure it was something years and years ago connected to ex...  Caller id on my work phone comes across as SASKATCHEWA

Total scam artists, have been calling here a lot. They figure if they call enough people they'll eventually talk to someone that actually owes money to at&t and will naively pay them. I love getting called at 8:02 am on a Saturday for a completely bogus reason. Really.

They called themselves, "Full Circle Financial," when they called me on May 7, 2009. Came up as "Private Number."

I get this call all the time too ... it is ridiculous ... over and over ... what ever you do ... DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ... it is very scary all of the phishing scams out there these days for sure.  And if they were legitimate why is the number marked blocked????  PLEASE MAKE THIS STOP!

Just received call from 646-383-1472 and person said they were calling about a $5k AMEX credit card bill.  Advised I did not HAVE an AMEX account.

This scam is starting to happen to me too.  I get calls and when I answer they hang up on me.

they call me so much. once i picked up and told the guy on the other end that they had the wrong number. im a twelve year old and they r calling my cell phone. they said they were looking for caroline adler. he said he would take my number out of the database but they r still calling. this is the second number that has called me asking for caroline adler. message to carolone adler: i hate u. stop giving out my number as yours. get ur own fone. butt out of my life and stop making it a living hell. i hate u i hate u i hate u!!!

This number calls my track phone at least twice a day.  When I answer, no one is there.  I have tried to call the number back, and I get a recording that it is not in service.
