ya these guy are constantly buuging me too, and i'm on the national do not call list ... and the charges were bogus

646 383 1472 has been calling my home phone for months and even when I answer there is no one there.  Who knows how to go after these types of harassers?

I just received a couple of calls from 646-383-1472. I did not recognize the number, so i didn't answer my cell. After reading these comments ... i am not going to answer. i don't even have at&t as a phone company. i am on the do not call list, but that does not work. i keep getting bogus calls for everything. please make these calls stop! it gets very annoying!

I got a call from this number today, looking for my ex who hasn't lived here in 18 years! He said the company was Full Circle Financial. I asked him to let me know if he finds him since I'm looking for him, too!  He said he can't do that lol no kidding but said the good news is he won't be calling here again.  We shall see.

Have been receiving at least 2 calls a day for last couple of months.  No message ever left.  Check the callo ID - is this for real?  Saskatchewan TE.

Repeated calls with no messages, usually 2 times a day. It is annoying.

CALL the Federal Trade Commission and file a COMPLAINT against the Collection Agency: the MORE COMPLAINTS THEY get the more likely they are to take ACTION.
CALL THE FTC at : 1-877-382-4357.
Call the Consumer Protection Agency/ STATE Attorney General's office. (411 or 555-1212 or the Government Pages in your Phone book--
YOU CAN MAKE THIS STOP.
PICK UP YOUR PHONE/ WRITE a LETTER.
As noted in the CONSTITUTION of these (OUR) United States, "WE the People..."
--Apply the SAME Due Diligence to similar collection agency #: 800 932 5786

REPORT this to the FTC (Fair Trade Commission)--they're over Collection Agencies.  Request they put whatever they want in WRITING and quit calling...don't GIVE THEM information--GET INFORMATION "FROM" them!!

I keep getting these same annoying calls from this  phone number.

Same thing here calls every day ... can't explain what is owed. Supposedly old AT&T debt ... contacted AT&T & that was taken care of years ago (dang brother in law *lol*) so they are basically a rip off company

called looked like a private cell phone I called back and could no understand this person. He asked me for my number and I said for what. It sounded like a collection call and I told him forget it and hung up.

If you're concerned this is a scam you can contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. They can hopefully put a stop to this, if it is a scam.

If you write a letter to tell them to stop all communications, they have to comply with the letter, if not then they are in direct violations of the Fair Credit Act and file a complaint. These [***] call me like every other day and say that I owe them $829 for a Verizon bill. They call me by my maiden name that I haven't used for 10 years, they also know the last 4 of my social --- how do they know this? I asked them to send me proof of what I know with an itemized bill and they said they don't do mail outs. I told them to go and fly a kite then. Yesterday they called again and when I debated with the guy (always thick heavy Indian accents) he wouldn't hear what I was saying just kept saying "don't u think its ur moral responsibility to pay off ur bad debts ma'am?" I asked him if I owed this money why it wasn't showing on my credit report - he said "I understand ur concern ma'am, but how do I have ur social security number then?". They are driving me crazy. My husband picked up last time and told them if they  called again he was going to slit their throats and the guy hung up. I'm sure they'll call back.

Who do we report them to? What questions do we ask to scare them? If they're in India and using US #s and PBXs and have a PO Box, we can't really touch them.

all the time, hangs up...no message. ANNOYING!

jus called my landline a few minutes ago...no one answered

This company or whatever it is calls and when I answer there is no one there. I finally got someone who spoke and they asked for a judy and there isn't a Judy here so when I tried to tell the woman this she hung up on me.
Whomever they are they better stop calling my house!

what i got when i googled then was that its located on clairewater florida, in the tampa bay area... but

these guys are identity thieves.. they live offshore.. they will do as much research on the internet on you as they can probly giving you a social security number that might match or come close to your own or perhaps something that might sound compeltely weird, do not interact with them

they are a cancer they must be eliminated.. DO NOT give any information.. YOU MUST take complete control of the conversation when talking to them... YOU ASK THEM the questions, they HAVE NO POWER over you in a phone call...

dont be intimidated, they cannot harm you.. THEIR WORDS ARE MEANINGLESS even if it sounds legit, don't say anything and you ask them the questions.

The only way to stop them is to travel offshore and put an end to their criminal ways with the swiftness of the gods and a little b0 0m elements.. goodluck

Getting calls from this number for about a week. Never leaes a message and never says anything when I pick up!!!! Makes me want to cuss!!!
