I got a call from this number, called them back and got someone claiming to be an officer with the IRS and they are have initiated a law suit against me. He could tell my name and address, but could not tell me my SS# as his system was down. Good.
anyway, it's a scam of one sort or another. So is they call again, don't answer. IRS can send mail if they have to.

I just received a call from this number and they told me that they have been trying to reach me and to inform me that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. I know this is a Scam. IRS would send out a Certified Letter in the mail first. I never got one.

Scam....received a voice mail that the IRS has been trying to reach me...do not fall for this call..not the IRS as pure scam....blocked the calls..

There seem to have been several complaints about the scam calls from this number. There must be a way to shut it down. The IRS doesn't call people.

Got message from 646-568-1992 to call this 646-589-0194 from irs that lawsuit against me. Ridiculous, been unemployed. SCAM SCAM SCAM. HANG 'EM BY THEIR NUTS PLEASE!!!

I received the same calls and messages as the previous posters. IRS officer... lawsuit... etc. Scam, Scam, Scam.  Every time I block a number, a new one calls.

Yup, scammers...  the calls are getting a little redundant, same tired message.  Wonder when the IRS will show up???  ;-)

Claiming to be the IRS.  Left a message Saying they have filed a law suit against me.  Obviously a scam.  Got many of this type of calls before.  There must be a way to stop these scumbags.

Received call claiming to be IRS initiating lawsuit against me; pure scam; computerized voice utilized with no name or other identifying information; block this number and don't call them back!

Got not just one, but 4 calls from this number in a 2 minute period!  3 of the calls were being made at the same time! 1st one was at 11:09, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th were at 11:10.  One started the second another one ended.  Needless to say they were blowing up my phone because it was so important, but it sure wasn't important enough to leave a stinking message.  I am so sick of these people!  How in the world do they keep getting by with it?

This is a SCAM call. Left a message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and had been trying to reach me. Ridiculous!!!! Do these people think we are idiots??? Block the number!

Just got a call from 646 568 1992. The lady said she was from Microsoft and there was a problem with my computer. She then ask if it was on......Well, a red flag instantly went up. I said have a nice day and then disconnected the call. How do you get rid of these announcing calls once and for all?
